Can't get my 32" volt Jensen tv repaired anywhere or get any repair parts and it only yrs oldIt won't stay running
From the beginning this TV has not worked correctly, I called ASA Electrics to times this past winter while in Florida I was told it was not under warranty anymore because it is years old and only has a year warranty I was also told that if I wanted to send back to ASA they would repair it at a charge of *** plus shipping both ways I believed this price was to high so I waited to take TV to repair shop when I got back to New York The repairman called me and told me to repair this TV it would need a new mother board He also said that he had contacted ASA and was told there was no repair parts available at all I called ASA that night and was also told that there were no parts available, I asked where the TV was build, they responded in China I asked for the company's name in China and was told that information was not available to consumer

If company have no repair parts, how where they going to repair television for me
Company never offered a good will exchange (new television) at no cost
They must have a television that would fit my application, or how do they know that I could not
find a way for the television to work in the space

installed on my 2007 Fleetwood Motorhome. The camera works on channel 3 but not on channel 1 when I shift into reverse. I'm 2000 miles from the Dealer. I see in the manual for my VR187 the connector for the primary cameral (channel 1) is different from the connector on the WVRXCAM1 that they installed. That's why they connected to channel 3 and not channel 1. Is there an adapter or a splitter so I may connect the WVRXCAM1 to my VR187 head units channel 1?

You will need the XXXXXXXX to plug the WVRXCAM1 receiver into the number one input on the VR187. I have copied the link below to reference and purchase from the retail website. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Sometime late on 12/2/14 thru 12/3/14, Mr. [redacted] placed his order on our website, but placed it for the 31100041 (incorrect part number). He reported on 12/21/14 that it did not work for him, as we would expect.
In response to Mr. [redacted], on 12/23/14, our Customer Service rep provided this response:
If you would like to return the item for credit, I will supply you with an RGA# to do so, to return the part back to us for a full credit. If you need the XXXXXXXX you may order the correct part. We do not do returns for exchange. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

We are still willing to reimburse Mr. [redacted] for his full cost for the part and shipping from 2014, which is actually [redacted] (Part of [redacted] + Shipping of [redacted]
