4500 carburetor parts
Sent me the wrong parts and tried to say I ordered the wrong parts they are rude to me and they are a ripoff

It was returned in the original Lokar box that it was sent to me in The box was taped by USPS It was not delivered to me in any other packaging but, the Lokar box!!! I actually left the labels on when I went to post office so I could copy ASA's address to send backIf Lokar had sent it I would imagine that Lokar's address would have been on it I also sent it signature required as I know this is another ploy by a lot of companies that they never receive merchandise back Another thing I ordered it on June 3rd and it was shipped June 4th How did that happen so quickly??? I have sent one of three receipts(will gladly send the other two) that I have and not one of them states "SPECIAL ORDER" Which is why I was told they were not refunding my money not THAT IT WAS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!! Which is an absolute out and out LIE!!! Just because the one on the shelf (wall) what have you was not there all of a sudden and one supposedly had to be ordered from LOKAR does not constitute "SPECIAL ORDER"!!!!! If so than percent of your merchandise must be "SPECIAL ORDER" and people would absolutely not buy from you if your policy is "SPECIAL ORDER" items cannot be returned Where on ASA's receipts is there policies for returns printed??? Special order items policy return printed???? I never received an email or phone call that this order was considered to be a "SPECIAL ORDER"!!! Yes, I did call and told them that they were not going to get away with being THIEVES!!!! Specifically ***!!!

The owner Shaun cursed at us and refused to help with the product we purchased onlineBUYER BE WARE! when dealing with Asa performance!!

Customer returned item out of packageEven though customer was told it was in stock ,when order was pulled to be shipped item had to be ordered and drop shipped from vendorAlso customer called and threatened employee's at ASA

we only offer a day return policy customer is welcome to still return item there will be a %restock fee

can you please provide the tracking number where you send it back

we have asked the customer to return for a refund

warranty is handled by [redacted] not Asa we sent [redacted] back to [redacted] and there stating there is nothing wrong with Carb

n the event that an order or portion of an order needs to be returned or
exchanged With in 30 Days of Delivery , a Return Goods Authorization
Number (RGA#) must be requested by email  To [redacted]  .
Send a filled and signed copy of the return form listed on the 'Returns
Info' page. Any return not assigned an RGA#, without a filled and signed
return form, or denied credit will be held for 60 days after which time
will be considered abandoned. You may not ship goods back to the
original shipping distribution unless directed by us to do so. In
addition to any special instructions listed on your RGA form, postage
must be prepaid, and the RGA# clearly marked by the shipping label by
permanent marker. All returns should be in and packed as the original
packaging in such a manner to be saleable as new. All shipping costs on

Electrical, electronic and special ordered parts are not returnable for

products come with a manufacturer warranty and we will do our best to
help you out with your warranty issue.

the buyeer as done a chargeback on his cc the only way that I can issue a refund is for him to return the stuff when we get it back we will issue a refund

once a item as been modified from it original condition it can not be returned all fitmit should be check before modification
