The offer to return my payment of $is not acceptable I brought my Audi in to see why my engine light was on. Even though the engine light was on, my car drove well, I didn’t have ant problems with my carWhen I picked up my car and drove it home, it over heated, so I returned it and a couple of hours later, I received a call saying that my car was fixed and I can come back and pick it upSo I picked up the car and on my way home it over heated againMy car haven't moved because my car overheat; due to the Antifreeze and Oil mixingI had to take it to another place to fine out what is was that was making my light come on, an oil antifreeze mixing, they charge me I don't know what they did to my car to make this happen done that my antifreeze and Oil was mixing together but I am requesting that I be paid in full $8,I need my car fix ASAP. $ for engine$ Auto Nology Motor service : The other shop that told me what was wrong.$ *** Auto Repair: That I paid *** to mess up my car

** *** Response: It was the customer's first time over hereHe came in and said he changed the spark plugs himself and he saw some oil on the spark plugsAnd he said my valve cover gasket is leaking oil to the spark plugs and had asked us to replace the gasket for himHe also stated he had a check engine light, he had a misfireHe said he wanted to pass emission test and wanted us to take care of it for himAnd after we checked the car, we find that the valve cover gasket is leaking, and he needs #ignition coilWe call them up and he approved the job for usSo we installed the gasket and the ignition coil, and cleared the codes for himEverything was okay, no leaks or codesAfter we did that we checked all fluids for himWe found that he has gallon antifreeze less than he should have in his tankWe filled it for him and we told him about the situation and told him to watch for leaksIf it's leaking it is another problem that needs to get taken care ofOur job was to just allow him to pass the emissions test because that's what he asked forWe told him about the low antifreeze and he said he would come back for itHe never came back for itThen, two days later his wife came in with her BMW X5, and we took care of her carHad no problems with them whatsoeverWe are surprised we received this complaintAnytime a customer has a complaint and they talk to us about it, we always take care of themSent on: 9/11/5:52:PM Sent by:

[redacted] Hi, you know I wasn’t haven’t any of those problems. If I did you would have said something an so would I. Because my car wouldnt have never made it. My car running hot, my light poping on. None of that was going on with my car. Only my engin light pop on only. Yes you fix my wife truck. Hood wouldn’t open, so yes you fix that. She left that car when she pick mines up.By time she made it home, she was calling me.You could have just admite. You know you are so wrong. You know you all made an mistake on my car. Why keep denied it. Engin light come it either a senor or tune up. Not the problem of running hot or light coming on. You need to pay for your mistake. You could have easy said we broke something on your car, but we fix it. I would have said ok, just fix it. But instead you trying to keep saying it not your fault an you know it is. Please  just pay me. Then we can move forward.
