Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I just read the letter you sent me with regards to complaint # [redacted] and I can promise you I have never received any free food or anything else from this business The first incident that occurred when I paid for steak fried and they did he owner offered me free food but I never received it I told her that I just wanted her to know what was going on with her business and may she needed to talk tot he employee and she agreed As far as the employees being terrified that is hilarious because all the employees that work there are grown menI have called several time demanding to talk to the owner and they refunded to let me speak to her again because they did not want the owner to know what was going on Especially when I received the food with plastic and wire in it As a matter of fact I till have those itemsThe employee tried to take the items out of my hand when I found them and I refused o give them to him I can also promise you that I do not want any free food from this company because they really need to clean up their act it was one of the most unsanitary placed I have ever gone to for meal As a matter of fact at this time just as I initially stated in my complaint all I want is to talk tot he owner I called several times and the employees refuse to pass my message on and that is why I chose to go the Revdex.com One to be able to inform the owner of what is going on with her business and two to get someone out to check on the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant before they kill someone with all of the last times that end up in their food I still want to speak to the owner as indicated in my original complain and if the Revdex.com or the owner want to see the item I found in the food I ordered I would be most happy to show them to both Last, this place of business has never refused me service [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Review: On several occasions to many things have gone wrong at this Mexican restaurant. I have ordered carne asada fried and when I got home there was No carne asada. Another time I ordered beef taco plate and found a blue piece of plastic and a piece of wire from a wire brush in my food. I still have these times in my position. The next time I went they burned the taco and the last time I went I ordered rolled tacos with sour cream and the employee didn't put the sour cream on the tacos he put it on the side and when I got home the sour cream was all over the car seat. I have called up to the restaurant 10 times asking to talk to the owner and the employees refuse to give the owner the message. One time I called and was even hung up on. I drove to the restaurant and demanded the owner and yes once again they refused to call her and ask her to call me.Desired Settlement: I want the owner to know exactly what is going on at this restaurant and she needs to know how the employees are treating the customers. I would personally like t speak to the owner.
