POOL REPLACEMENT
I have begun the process of getting legal council and they are advising me how to approach the company because of a warranty claim that is being unfulfilled. The pool was guaranteed not to rust and has completely corroded in only 5 seasons. When trying to replace the entire pool they have lagged and left many questions unanswered as well as refused to replace the pool. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I will be seeing them in court.

False Advertising
Just received 15 top mounts pool plates at a cost of $214. They were pictured in Gray and listed as fiberglass. I received black plastic! While I agree these won't rust, it is very clear this is intentional deception! Plastic is going to bend and deform, where fiberglass would not. Don't trust this company!

Thank you fox giving us the opportunity to share our side of this issueThe customer has a warranty from Asahi Chemical Industry Co., LTD of JapanAsahiParts.com is a website with a small office in New York state that sells parts for these pools and has agreed to assist the factory with their
warranty claims in the USAWe are not owned or operated by the factory and we did not make the customers poolWe did not sell the customer their pool and we do not have any of the customers money (directly nor indirectly)Outside of the contractual warranty coverage that has already been offered, we can't help with their request for moreOn June 20, the customer sent us messages starting at 12:PMOur first reply was made the same day less than hours later (our website informs customers to allow hours for a reply)The customer at one point complained about the ticket system saying their tickets were closed, but I explained that any ticket is reopened automatically as soon as the customer writes a replyWe had asked for a copy of the customers receipt to show the date of sale and proof of original ownershipShe provided it on the 22nd of JuneLater that day, I replied with an approval letter explaining that her warranty claim was approved and that she was entitled to 55% off the cost of replacement parts to repair her pool in accordance with her warranty contractI also explained what kind of pool she had and where to find the partsThe customer was not satisfied with this and accused my company of selling a faulty product and threatened to speak with a lawyerI explained that my company did not sell the pool, did not manufacture the pool and does not hold the warranty for her pool, but would be happy to help her any way we could with her warranty claim since she was not having any luck with her pool dealerShe thanked me for my time and informed me that she would be contacting the Revdex.com and her attorney anywaysI am attaching a copy of the warrantyHer pool falls into the ;i8P Series" column for type of pool and the "6th to 9th " row for the number of pool seasons she has owned it forThe warranty lists her obligation of the total cost of the replacement parts to be 45% on page of the warranty in the prorated warranty schedule matrixThis is why she was quoted a 55% discountHer discount is still valid and she can send us a question to any one of her tickets and she will get a prompt reply just like she has in the pastHer complaint suggests she could not talk to anyone, but we have replies that were sent with a back and forth dialogue with this customer on fileThank you! Thank you for taking the time to help resolve an issue with one
of our customers. We have been in constant
contact with the customer to discuss the issue and have replied to every
message they have sent to us within a few hours. There are a few comments in the complaint that are not accurate....

Please share the following explanation/timeline with the customer... The customer  placed  an order online. Our warehouse
had trouble finding the  parts that were
ordered. At the time, we had made
an offer to the customer to accept a part that was made out of a different
material (plastic) but performed the same function as the  part that was ordered. The customer
asked  us  to continue looking for the part that was made out of steel. We found
the replacement parts in our warehouse that were  made out of steel and I explained that the  part
would  be the same size and material, but
would not have the part number printed on them. As the customer acknowledges in the complaint with the Revdex.com. The issue is not the part, the  issue is that the customer found the  parts elsewhere. Our policy for returns is posted and the customer can only place an order if they check the box that says they have read and agreed to our policies and procedures. The
customer did not tell us to cancel
the order at any time, and only requested a refund after the parts were already delivered
to their address.  We are still willing to  honor our
posted return/exchange policy. Thank you, AsahiParts.com
