Review: On 6/*/13, I bought a Groupon for two 50-minute signature massages for $69. I was planning on using it as a birthday gift for my friend and I, to get massages, but when I called to make an appointment, I was told that the Groupon was not for two people, but rather for one person on two separate visits and that I would need to call the manager for further conversation about it. I called a couple of times (6/**/13 @ 4:35p,m and 6/**/13 @ 3:58pm) and finally [redacted], the manager called me back. I explained that not being able to use the two massages for two people was not clear based on the information provided on Groupon (http[redacted]) and he agreed and said he would allow me to use both sessions at the same time for my friend and I but that scheduling was tight. I said I had a little bit of flexibility on timing so we could work with what was available in a month.I was ready to set a date and called [redacted] back on 7/*/13 @ 11:55am. He called me back within the hour and left me a long message stating that scheduling was still tight, but that they were going to get more staff to help out and that he would send me an email outlining what dates might work for my request.He never emailed me so I called him back on 7/**/13 @ 4:16pm, 7/**/13 @ 3:47pm and then again on 7/**/13 @ 3:43pm finally stating that I would just like my money back because I was no longer interested in dealing with them and that if I did not hear back from anyone that I would contact the Revdex.com. Today is 7/**/13 and I never heard back from anyone since that last voicemail on 7/*/13. I feel I have been more than fair and patient, but at this point my friend's birthday has passed, I still have not been able to schedule an appointment nearly two months after I purchased the groupon, and I am out $69. This Groupon is set to expire 9/*/13 and I do not want till then to take action on this issue.Desired Settlement: I just want my $69 back.
