ASAP 24-hr Towing and Roadside Assistance

I have mailed this gentleman receipts and he keeps saying he has not received themIf he wants me to, I can hand deliver it to himPlease have him contact me if he would like to do it that way

This is in response to a letter I received from Revdex.com regarding my business ASAP 24-hr Towing and Roadside Assistance You received a complaint from [redacted] ***, Jackson, Missouri, regarding a tow I had done for her She is claiming we damaged her vehicle while unhooking her car She said that we had to pull forward before unhooking and she believes that is what damaged her vehicle Any time you tow a vehicle with a wheel lift wrecker you have to pull forward to unhook the vehicle, and I have never damaged a car while unhooking [redacted] ws the insurance company who dispatched us to the call The did their own investigation and decided we were not at fault I am enclosing the email I received from ***, which was also sent to Ms***.If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me I hope we are able to resolve this matter as I do not want a bad reputation Thank you for your assistance with this matter

I have mailed this gentleman 2 receipts and he keeps saying he has not received them. If he wants me to, I can hand deliver it to him. Please have him contact me if he would like to do it that way.
