Their excavator Mike is a SCAM ARTISTCreates mores problems so it cost more money for him to fixFirst estimate to excavate 18" below where the preexisting pool was for over yearsStart the initial dig and he panicked when found clay, so halted the excavation and stated would need to return to "EVALUATE" situation at the tune of just for the evaluation at next visit, whenever he could get around to itNow wants at least $2000-$to put rock below surface of pool, and this may not be all we needHe kept digging foot beyond where he needs to be to keep creating more issues that he must fixNow doesn't know how much to fix HIS mess, or how long it will take, just keep paying me to show when I feel like itWe asked, just to put the dirt back he took out and just keep the new pool height where it was before and we were told NO can't do thatSo won't be using this guy, already scammed us out of and no where near ready to install pool

this resolution is satisfactory to me. But, I was informed that this was not the first time this issue has come up in regards to not telling customers about an additional fee. And as far as going "ballistic". If someone comes to your residence at that time of the day (excavation was done after dark) and states that they need a large amount of cash before the service is provided, is a bit unsettling. And to imply that my wife was aware of, but neglected to tell me about an additional charge, is insulting to me and my family. My family is in a profession where Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty are paramount. And we live our every-day-lives the same way. Innuendo's are not neccesary.
