I HIGHLY recommend this company I have a dog that is protective of my backyard so I checked to see what was happening ASAP was working across a creek in an apartment parking lot I went back to what I was doing and suddenly heard a loud gurgling noise coming from my bathroom It was my toilet and when I opened my shower curtain the tub had filled partially with dark water Of course I immediately thought that it had something to do with the work that was being performed I asked the two gentlemen if their work would cause this and they assured me it would not but stated they would check my problem out as soon as they finished They arrived at my front door in about 1/ hour and determined my sewer had backed up They located the cap and had it cleaned out in less than an hour It was pure luck to have this happen when they were literally in my back yard!! Thank you so much for the great service

*** the plumber over at ASAP won't serve your needs.I had him come out to replace a water service line and he told me that in order to diagnose what was wrong it
would cost me
dollars to find the problem.After I
allowed him to diagnose what was wrong he found the problem then left.When he came back to fix the problem he wanted another to fix the old steel
Water pipe but instead only fixed the
Water line from the toilet line to the pipe that he was actually supposed to fix
What a fake!Then when I called him about it he wouldn't answer his phone then lied by saying he was coming out and didn't.DON'T trust this guy he's a con artist!!!I went to one of their competitors and they gave me an estimate for free and he charged me without even doing the job.Watch your back because he will lie to you every time.They don't call him Santa for nothing!!!

We had ASAP-American Sewer and Plumbing out to our house for the second time to deal with an unrelated plumbing issue, and were just as pleased this time as we were last. Though they arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, they were very conscientious about informing me in regards to the delay, and called again when actually on the way. They were careful to keep the work area clean, and worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional and friendly, and was even willing to take the time to give me a professional opinion regarding another plumbing issue. I would recommend them.

Very positive experience. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. They took care of our blockage that was starting to flood our basement. When I mentioned another problem area we'd been struggling with for several years, they checked it out and fixed it right away. We will definitely be calling them again.

I am so very pleased with ASAP! I have had other companies over to solve my water pressure issues, and ASAP were the only ones that were able to target the problem without having to replace my service line from the street to the house which would have cost thousands of dollars. They are professional, friendly and they clean up after themselves. Kudos to [redacted] and [redacted] for their extra special attention to my issues. ASAP will be my plumbing company from here on in and I will recommend them to anyone that asks!

I had [redacted] & [redacted] come service my plumbing on 8/29/2016. They did a wonderful job!!! Very professional, great customer service and cleaned up afrerwards. Great plumbing contractor to bring to your home. The price was not outrageous just would recommend them to anyone!
