We had ASAP-American Sewer and Plumbing out to our house for the second time to deal with an unrelated plumbing issue, and were just as pleased this time as we were lastThough they arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, they were very conscientious about informing me in regards to the delay, and called again when actually on the wayThey were careful to keep the work area clean, and worked quickly and efficientlyVery professional and friendly, and was even willing to take the time to give me a professional opinion regarding another plumbing issueI would recommend them

Very positive experience. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. They took care of our blockage that was starting to flood our basement. When I mentioned another problem area we'd been struggling with for several years, they checked it out and fixed it right away. We will definitely be calling them again.

I am not sure why they are rated B+ (as of March 2015), they should be rated A+I had sewer backup + basement flood problem on Saturday morning and called asapThey called me back in ~min and a couple of service tech showed up in ~1hThey were both very courteous and professional They also did not charge weekend fee (I had an electric company charging $base fee on weekends)My sewer line turned out to be broken and needed replacing, and finding out the broken location was difficult due to the depth of the sewer line in my area and electric line that interferes with the signal but eventually they figured out The total cost of snake and camera was over [redacted] which I think is a competitive priceThey also would have reimbursed a part of the fee if I had chosen their service to fix the pipe (I didn't only because the broken section was not within my responsibility)Overall very positive experience I would recommend this company to everyone
