Mr [redacted] Called Us calming to be an Air Conditioning Company owner he said he had diagnosed his refrigerator and found the compressor not running and needed the compressor relay or start system replacedUpon arrival we discovered the compressor was not cycling, we tested the compressors windings with a multi meter and found the compressor was not shorted to ground and the resistance in the compressor winding's were normal; checked for voltage form the main board to the power inverter and found the start device was getting voltage to the inverter however no voltage was passing through the inverter to the compressor we recommended Mr [redacted] replace the inverter because it had failed. After the power inverter was installed the compressor cycled normally we asked Mr [redacted] to allow hours for recovery and to give us a call it he had any issues with the refrigerator or freezer's cooling Mr [redacted] Called a few hours later stating it was not yet freezing the product in the freezer, we informed him we could come by in the morning let's give the system some time to cool down as it often takes hours for recovery after any adjustments to the system The following day we arrived promptly as agreed and discovered the system was not cooling properly however the compressor was cycling properlyAt that point decided to check the systems freon operating pressureTo the compressor's service tube, we added a valve to check the systems freon pressure, the test tool used was a set of gauges which measures the amount of pressure in the systemWe discovered the refrigerator pressures were not with in the specifications for the refrigerator so we added refrigerant to the system Once the system was charged properly we discovered there was no refrigerant circulating through the refrigerator's evaporator coil we explained there was either a restriction in the system or the gas valve was bad in addition to having a leak in the system which caused the low refrigerator charge. It is not very often that we find multipal issues in regards to repair needs, in this case with the compressor not cycling at time of service there was no way to determine other issues in the system witch caused failure to the part replaced. Our Main goal is to strive for 100% Customer satisfaction, being a small company it becomes very difficult not to take these issues personally, we invested $In materials not to mention lost time into this particular repair which is a very devastating lossWe will be more than happy to refund Mr [redacted] money paid for this repair, However we will need to make reimbursement in two payments and the parts installed will need to be returned to us

I have had several appliances repaired by asap repair and always have found them to be honest on time and up front with their pricingThe most resent repair to my Samsung dryer was quite a process the parts had to be special ordered I was informed up front by the technician it could be quite a process so unless I had weeks to wait for the part I should replace itI opted to wait the four weeks the I was given a loaner until the part arrived The repair took less than minutes and saved me $so in the end I am very happy

ASAP Plumbing labor charges were not clearly articulatedI was double billed for labor and mislead on replacement part availability & location ASAP Appliance and Plumbing failed to clearly state travel to [redacted] and back are charged as laborThey also insisted on going to a particular plumbing supply store (which was minutes from my home) when they could have gone to [redacted] or [redacted] just minutes away from my home The plumbers rationale for not going to one of the chains was that [redacted] faucets were plastic and wouldn't last as long as the sturdier metal [redacted] faucets their [redacted] sold (NOT true, [redacted] faucet finishes for all of their products are chrome, brushed chrome or glacier visit [redacted] )Their plumber also told me their plumbing supply store only had two [redacted] locations, however, after doing a search for their [redacted] I found there are actually four locations in [redacted] with on

To Whom It may Concern,The refrigerator in question is a Kenmore manufactured by the whirlpool corporationIt is in need of a replacement part which is not available or in stock and on back order, we have been waiting several weeks for the arrival of the part neededAs we have no control over the inventory or delivery of product form a third party vendor we at this time are at a loss. The only options available to us are to keep waiting for the part needed; or to refund the monies paid for the partWe are as aggravated with the process as the customer and strive to assist in any way possible to provide resolution to the customer. We would like to thank you for taking the time to bring to our attention of your dissatisfaction with our product and or servicesIt is our intention to make every effort to satisfy your complaint, In hopes you will allow us the opportunity to make things right and use our services in the future

We are trying to make every effort to satisfy this complaint we have offered a refund for parts installed which the complainant will not accept as satisfactoryUnfortunately It seems he has been misinformed by [redacted] A company with over Complaints and an F Rating with the Revdex.comWhirlpool does discontinue the production of boards after years however you can purchase a board the boards are reconditioned and sold as reconditioned or you can send it in to be repaired it is a common practice in our industryThis part can easily be located online for anyone to purchase as wellWe would like to extend our offer for refund of the part, at no time have we "fooled" the customer we replaced the needed parts cleaned the coil defrosted the system cycled all operations were several weeks later the jazz board did fail could have been a defect in the recondition of the partWe are willing to make any necessary repairs or refund the cost of parts that is our only option

We had a dishwasher installed by ASAP on 6/23/(have record of the payment) I contacted this company on 10/9/to see if they could look at a needed repair When the gentleman answered the phone I started the conversation with they had installed our dishwasher that we purchased from *** in He stated it was not them-they do not do installs and are out of *** I asked about the *** address on line and he made a statement indicating he didn't know anything about that, confused but never stated they didn't have a *** address posted (same phone number as listed under the Revdex.com site) Supposedly, according to him there was a man several years ago out of *** going by ASAP When I told him I needed to dig into it in order to figure it all out he became defensive and stated "You can did into it as much as you want ***" and hung up on me I'm not sure what this was all about I was only calling in hopes of having the company who installed our dishwasher work on it I have no idea if this is the company we had originally done business with, but can guarantee that we will never use him in the future Rude and abusive with no obvious reason except he was annoyed by my questions

From the moment I called ASAP to come and repair our dishwasher, they were prompt, courteous and knowledgable The owner of ASAP went above and beyond to deal with our dishwasher, which continued to have problem after problem We ended up buying a new dishwasher and ASAP picked it up and installed it for us at a reasonable price I would recommend ASAP to anyone requiring repair, installation or advice on what brand of appliance to purchase This business gets a out of

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Good day! This is regarding the complaint id no*** that I have submitted few weeks ago to the appliance center. As what he told me during our conversation when he came to fix our fridge that he did changed the jazz board in fact he showed it to me in a hidden way when I asked him if he did change anything then he showed me this board probably measuring 4xor 5xinsize.Few weeks after when he never returned back to fix it I have called another repair center, One stop repair center here in surprise city and he came and opened the defrost/jazz board, according to him he(first guy who came and fix my fridge) did not change the board since it has been a discontinued model and it has along back order for that parts, when he showed me the jazz board, its not the same as what that other guy showed me since its way more longer probably inches long,he even did not charge me anything after he checked fridge .In my conclusion, we were fooled and deceived by this guy who run this repair center also we end up buying a new refrigerator.Thank you very much Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This ASAP guy is a liar, and really has no fear to JUSTIFICATION! He lied in his response but, fortunately I have proofs to show he is lying! ( see attached files for the proofsnote: attachment 1-phone records;photo 0-Washer error code; photos and -he did not show up for Mar dates; photo and - he did not show up for Apr dates; photo and - he did not show up for Apr dates.)First of all, the first time he came for repairing, the error code was "LE", not the "OE" he mentioned in his responseWe (me and my tenant) checked online for repair of this error codePlease see attached screenshot for our conversations regard to the error codeWhen the washer failed again, exact same error code showedIt is "LE" again! In addition to this, he lied to the repairing process when he was there while me, my tenant and one friend were all over thereUsing a couple of minutes, he dissembled the washer, and showed us a pen, based on him it was got from inside of the water pipe (we did not see where he got it), and then asked about $to replace the pumps and related partsWe asked him to assemble the washer and see, by removing the pen, if the washer can return to workHe refused with a strong threatening voice and said I will have to pay him another $for his labor to assemble the washerConsidering my tenant were waiting for washing their wet and mildew clothes, I agreed for this guy to replace the partsI asked him to leave the parts to me when he left to "buy" new parts for us, he said he need to bring the old parts with him and he took them with himAfter slowly driving around our community and went to somewhere, minutes later he came back and assembled the washer and using a minute showed its starting washingHe got $and left.Second, he lied about his coming for repair!!! (Please see attached my message conversations for proof) he never came to repair until I told him I hired a native property manager (as he has been taking English language advantage of me) to handle my issue with him, which was last Friday (Apr 10, days later)He went to there and asked for another $to replace the motor! he lied about my property manager too as my property manager was very frustrated with him and did not agree with him instead she tried to convince him it was the same problem and he need to repair it for us!Regarding to the communications for second round after the washer failed only a day later after his repairing, I contacted him many times, by different wayshe only answered like one out of my ten calls with promised to come but never came (Please see attached my phone call records from my service company to show example how many times I called him, excluding my tenant's calls and my property manager's callsIt does not make any sense I called him so many times but I do not want to go to meet him! I was actually days and days waiting him to repairI have my conversations with my tenant about those arrangement to wait this guy to be there (they are within the attachments) and it can be seen he did not show up for the tiime he promised to comeThis process last for a month!Third, he lied about my property manager regarding the repairIf necessary, I will have my property manager send her response here tooAs for how I treated my tenant and my other property, first of all, it is not true!!! and I never have so call another property and the issue! second, those are not his business! This is nothing but just another assault from him!, even in response with communications to Revdex.com! he is a lair with no fear!!!This guy has many different masks for his business so it is very convenient for him to cheat people and ripoff peopleHe has been taking advantages of this and he also take his language advantage against me for the facts and lied for a different story to avoid his responsibility for the repairIf he pass from here, he will continue to cheat others and ripoff other victims!!!I will continue to fight with his business cheatingI will fully cooperate to provide any information I canThanks for Revdex.com's efforts to help settle this issue!

We recently had the pleasure of meeting[redacted] of ASAP appliance repair when he came to our home to service our freezer. There were a couple of problems with the freezer which [redacted] was able to diagnose and fix. We are now enjoying the results with ice cubes that are always there. We found [redacted] to be a very personable business owner who cares about providing the very best customer service. He shows up when he says he will show up and does not charge crazy labour rates. We will not hesitate to recommend ASAP to our friends and neighbours

Mr. [redacted] Called Us calming to be an Air Conditioning Company owner he said he had diagnosed his refrigerator and found the compressor not running and needed the compressor relay or start system replaced. Upon arrival we discovered the compressor was not cycling, we tested the compressors...

windings with a multi meter and found the compressor was not shorted to ground and the resistance in the compressor winding's were normal; checked for voltage form the main board to the power inverter and found the start device was getting voltage to the inverter however no voltage was passing through the inverter to the compressor we recommended Mr. [redacted] replace the inverter because it had failed. After the power inverter was installed the compressor cycled normally we asked Mr. [redacted] to allow 24 hours for normal recovery and to give us a call it he had any issues with the refrigerator or freezer's cooling Mr. [redacted] Called a few hours later stating it was not yet freezing the product in the freezer, we informed him we could come by in the morning let's give the system some time to cool down as it often takes 24 hours for normal recovery after any adjustments to the system.
The following day we arrived promptly as agreed and discovered the system was not cooling properly however the compressor was cycling properly. At that point decided to check the systems freon operating pressure. To the compressor's service tube, we added a valve to check the systems freon pressure, the test tool used was a set of gauges which measures the amount of pressure in the system. We discovered the refrigerator pressures were not with in the normal specifications for the refrigerator so we added refrigerant to the system.  Once the system was charged properly we discovered there was no refrigerant circulating through the refrigerator's evaporator coil we explained there was either a restriction in the system or the gas valve was bad in addition to having a leak in the system which caused the low refrigerator charge. It is not very often that we find multipal issues  in regards to repair needs, in this case with the compressor not cycling at time of service there was no way to determine other issues in the system witch caused failure to the part replaced. Our Main goal is to strive for 100% Customer satisfaction, being a small company it becomes very difficult not to take these issues personally, we invested $350 In materials not to mention lost time into this particular repair which is a very devastating loss. We will be more than happy to refund Mr. [redacted] money paid for this repair, However we will need to make reimbursement in two payments and the parts installed will need to be returned to us.

MR ?????'s response is simply not true at all. I use question marks because he will not even tell me his last name and has refused to tell me ever since day one.

When I called him, I NEVER told him I owned an AC company and diagnosed my own system. The fact that I am an equity partner in an AC company came up only after he arrived. I have ZERO technological knowledge of AC systems OR refrigerators. When Frank showed up, he took the factory protective panel off the motherboard, used a pair of pliers to "test" the unit. When he touched a pair of pliers to something on the board, nothing happened. He informed me that the power inverter had failed and he knew this because if the board was bad, the plier test would have caused the compressor to kick on. He said a power inverter was $525 to replace and that was the problem. Not knowing ANYTHING about refrigerators, I believed him. He collected a check for $525. I asked if there was a CC option and he said yes it would be $675 for credit card or $525 for check. Clearly he is trying to avoid a consumers ability to dispute a charge for bad service by making the use of a credit card egregiously expensive.

HE returned in a few hours, replaced the power inverter and the compressor kicked back on immediately. I thought we were done. After a full day, the unit cooled to roughly 50 degrees and 30 degrees. Frank came back to see why. He assumed it would be low on freon. He tapped the sealed system and added freon. Problem solved. WRONG. He came back a couple days later and said "Oh, I probably put too much freon in it." Then evacuated some freon. That was the last time I saw him. I have countless text messages from him. Frank disconnected his number. Closed his old website that I used to find him. asapapplianceaz.com Rerouted his web address to peoriaazapplaincerepair.com with a new phone number. After several days of failed attempts to get this man to do anything about the refer that was not cold enough to hold food,. I called GE Appliance service. They came out. After looking at it for roughly two minutes and listening to the history of the repair, they quickly diagnosed it as a bad compressor after asking one question. "When the service guy removed the power inverter, was it burned brown?" The answer to that was yes and they said "then he should have known it was a bad compressor." When I told them that he charged $525 to replace it, they informed me that was roughly 70% more than they charge for the same repair as the part itself is approximately $150. See http://www.amazon.com/General-Electric-[redacted]Refrigerator-Inverte[redacted]h... GE appliance tech told me that because Frank had cut into a sealed line and tapped the freon system, they would not only not fix it, but forever document in their system that GE will not touch it. Thus rendering this unit useless.

I called another appliance tech. He came out. and basically said the same exact thing that the ** tech said. This tech also pointed out that several wires were cut and wire capped off to replace the power inverter which was dangerous and unnecessary as that part plugs into a wire harness and wires aren't required to be cut to replace it.  BOTH service techs besides Frank told me that the compressor was bad and anybody with any experience and knowledge would know that. They both also felt that Frank charged an obscene amount of money for a power inverter knowing that if he told me the compressor was bad and it would roughly cost $600-800 to fix it, that would surpass the value of the refer in its entirety.
Frank refuses to tell me his name. Frank operates out of a PO Box. He has no business license with the state or the city of Peoria. Frank utilizes the "maybe its this" method of diagnosing things. Frank hides and disconnects phone numbers when he's threatened with small claims court. I have text messages saying he will refund my money if I remove negative feedback left on him on Craigslist and Google+ and facebook page.

Bottom line. I want to know his name so that I can sue him. OR... I will accept a ONE LUMP SUM payment of $375. Thats $525 charged minus the $150 the part costs. I had to PAY to get rid of the refrigerator after it sat in my entry way broken for the month after Frank came in and misdiagnosed it and left it broken.  Frank is NOT a trustworthy person that stands behind his work. He is the epitome of the horror stories people hear about service providers. He is operating a business without a license. Thats a crime. I want $375 and to be done with him forever.

Trevor the owner came to fix my washer. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Most importantly he responded immediately and charged a reasonable price.

Upon arrival we found the door of the washer locked and full of water, an error code OE indicating a slow or restricted drain was present we drained the washer and found debris had gotten logged in the pump assembly damaging the pump impeller so it was unable to drain we removed the pump and...

circulation motors and showed customer the broken impeller on the one pump motor the other had open winding meaning no electricity could flow through the motor winding causing in not to run. We replaced both motors cycled the washer customer was present for all repairs and the machine cycled properly. A couple days later [redacted] informed us the washer was not working and had the same problem, for the next several days we made attempts to gain access to the property the customer would make an appointment when we called for arrival she would inform us she had lost the keys to the home and could not access. 4 times we arrived at the property for find no one home for service excuse after excuse.... I cant find my keys ..... I m across town ect..... Finally she hired a property manager and we were able to access the property same day.  Upon inspection of the washer we found the washer had been overloaded and the motor rotor and hall sensor was damaged causing the unit not to cycle the rear panel of the washer was badly damaged from the tub bouncing and banging up against it. We showed the property manager the damage and signs of overloading  as well as the bad rotor assembly which was a separate problem  form the drain system repair. The property manager agreed.[redacted] Should be ashamed of her self telling a bold face lie in her complaint summery there is no way possible the motors were checked out and found operational the wingdings are open and the motor is unable to cycle, the other impeller under no load may turn but is too week to move any water. In dealing with [redacted] it was our experience to be mislead time and time again and to watch her mislead her tenets to the point they had to rent a machine for use at their expense. The property manager informed us she is in the same situation with her other properties.ASAP Appliance is not  associated with any company as clammed.

We are trying to make every effort to satisfy this complaint we have offered a refund for parts installed which the complainant will not accept as satisfactory. Unfortunately It seems he has been misinformed by  [redacted] A company with over 21 Complaints and an F Rating with the Revdex.com. Whirlpool does discontinue the production of boards after 5 years however you can purchase a board the boards are reconditioned and sold as reconditioned or you can send it in to be repaired it is a common practice in our industry. This part can easily be located online for anyone to purchase as well. We would like to extend our offer for refund of the part, at no time have we "fooled" the customer we replaced the needed parts cleaned the coil defrosted the system cycled all operations were normal several weeks later the jazz board did fail could have been a defect in the recondition of the part. We are willing to make any necessary repairs or refund the cost of parts that is our only option
