I went to this business so they could fill out the w-form to renew my parents in laws TIN number They provide Tax services and I thought they knew what they were doing but apparently they do not They filled out both forms wrong and I did not know they did until six weeks later when I got a letter from the IRS They need to pay more attention to what they are doing I called the lady who filled out the forms and I asked her to give me a refund and she said that they do not give refunds because the job was done The job was not done accurately and therefore they should give me a refund
So I been going to the owner of asap auto insurance to do my taxes since I have always gave him every paperwork neededOf course he was recommended by my own fatherwell one year he mess up and I had to pay IRS/STATE $SO NOW IRS audit me againHe enter the wrong amount for my unemploymentHe was gave the paperworkso he can review what his enteringI now how to pay to IRS because he was off on the amount he enterHis excuse, he is a human he makes mistakeshe claims to be in the business for yearsFor him to mess up someone taxeswho you trustFor him to easily wash his hands & say I cant do anythingIt was a mistakeHe over chargers on each formI am disappointment on the way he treats the customers who pay for all the things he hasPeople trust you with there taxesBe responsible for the actions you make
