not specify a specific date, nor did it specify a specific time. We have a contract with [redacted] verifying this to be true. We have already sent a copy of the contract to [redacted] (back on 9/7). The vehicle was delivered on 9/7, as [redacted] was told it would be delivered. Our office is open from Mon-Fri 8-5pm CST. On Friday, a call was made to [redacted] and he was told his car will be delivered on Sunday. The driver was meant to give him a call Sunday morning with a time frame. From Friday to Sunday morning, we found out that [redacted] had called the office over 50 times, attempted to reach our dispatcher's through their personal cell phones over 20 times, and had filed a stolen missing vehicle police report. This individual, in short, is ridiculous. We are not going to be giving him any kind of refund for the trouble he caused. The fact that [redacted] lied to him about the date in which his car will be delivered is not on us. We provided him with the contract, stating a two-day window, and yet he continues to harass our company. We found out he contracted over 5 transportation companies to transport his car and THAT is why he was so worried about where his car was... he ended up not knowing which transportation company he ended up giving it to. Case in point, there was no guaranteed date. We are not responsible for promises we did not make.
