Paid Baker Window Repair to repair a number of windows (16) in a home in *** *** He did fix the windows but had charged me for one too many I needed some additional tip-out devices for windows and he said he would do this in lieu of taking it off the bill I agreed The home is sold and the repairs have not been completed The money is long gone I am sure You cannot reach Baker Window Repair as it states the voice mail is always full You text and never get a response Had to try from numbers he doesn't recognize to get an answer on the phone We went out and replaced them from *** *** ourselves in order not to hold up our home sale Very frustrating to deal with a company who has no regard for customer service No value of the customer and bad business ethics Clearly we are not the only ones that can't reach them
