We are unsure where the miscommunication is We did sell him a phone system by Panasonic His issue was the service, not the phone It is not an equipment problem We do not accept monthly payments and there is no agreement between us for any payments We only provide the hardware We were aware of his issues and asked him several times about his provider and to contact them He then started blogging about us on the Internet He is screaming, yelling and cursing at our customer service reps If he would call and conduct himself in a professional manner we would be happy to help him and his phone provider He still has a warranty thru Panasonic We have made good faith repairs for him
