Customers pants are at the store and available for pick upWe attempt to get out stains but do not make guarantees that we can remove themWe do our best but sometimes we can't resolve the issueWe do our best to service all garments placed under our care

Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this caseThis business has multiple locationsTheir Manassas location has the washers and dryers and the Warrenton location is a drop off and pick up location where items are sent out to be cleanedThe business is aware of the concerns with the advertising and have been looking in to thatThey do their best to get the items back the very next day but sometimes it is later in the day than consumers would likeThey are able to go to the Manassas store and take advantage of the washers on site

Review: Over the past 3 months clothes are not done properly or in a timely manner, business is a next day cleaners, and they so not do clothes that way, they have employees that cant read a tag, clothes take 3 to 4 day to come back, I spoke to the owner and manager, their attitude is "oh well" and "it's no big deal"Desired Settlement: For the business to honor, their next day policy, and for the items to be done correctly and a refund for rhe items not done in a tinely and correct manner
