After losing the last bit of hope I had in Best buy geek squad I decided to venture out for another computer repair service companyI posted on facebook asking for referrals and out of of of my friends referred asap computersI called and spoke to someone Thursday and explained my predicament and that I would be coming in around 5:I didn't know the traffic would be that bad in Holly springs that time of day (Stay at home mom problems) I called told them I was stuck in traffic and I would be there right at I called back again at and told them I was still stuck in traffic and I would just turn around and I would try it again tomorrow Person I spoke with "the owner" told me he would waitAlready off to a good start!! Next day I received a call telling me I could pick up my laptopI jumped in my car and sped over to beat that horrible evening traffic! Their store was really busy when I got there, people picking up computers etc The technician went over the issues with me that I was having and how to avoid it happening again! Spent about 15-minutes answering questions that I had previous written downFree day warranty really won me over to! I've never taken the time out of my crazy days to leave a review on any business, good or bad but this time I had to take the time to do itI don't see how these techs do it, I wouldn't last a day seems very high pace and people these days can't live with out their computersAsap computers you have another satisfied customer!! The techs at asap get stars, I'd give them if I could! They saved me today! All my precious documents and pictures were recovered from a failed hard driveI will be referring you to everyone

Today is the 4th or 5th time using themThe repair was done today while I waitedThey do what they said their going to do with out trying to sell extra software etc
The owner of asap inc is one of the friendliest people I've met since moving to the area! Someone else said the same thing on google and I see whyHolly springs has nice peopleI have a year old laptop I don't wont to replace yetSaturday it stopped turning on and my wive convinced me in getting a new laptopWell this windows mess is just that a mess! I don't like it its way to confusing like I said I'm used to my old laptop with Windows regularMy wife helped me find this store and the guy she spoke with told us to bring in the new laptop and the old one to look atHe figured out the problem with my old laptop and said nothing was wrong with it, the battery was just dead it had to charge for a few minutes before it would turn on, And it sure did.While we waited for it to charge we saw how he multi tasked with several other customers that had problemsEveryone was so happyOne lady said she was going to bake them cookies she was so happyI'm happy I still have my old laptop and far as the new one we bought were going to give it to our daughter she needs a laptop and we don't feel right returning it after we already opened everything and used some of our personal information on it These people are honest people and wont try to take advantage of you
