I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me.
I state this because of three reasons.1. Why weren't my phone messages returned? I emailed and phoned and the phone message stated that I was calling ASAP. So why weren't the phone calls returned?2. I had used that email address in the past and my emails were returned. I was not informed that the email address had changed and also it never came back as undeliverable.3. Also since it has taken so long (months) to get back to me, my insurance company may or may not honor the claim. I hope the company is willing to compensate for this. I did try to get in contact with ASAP and I was in contact with my insurance company along the way.
