I shipped several items with ASAP inc on July 24, 2012. The items arrived severely damaged. We had insured them through ASAP and filed a claim. The insurance claim is with [redacted] and they claim ASAP did not pack the items correctly. We have been in constant contact with [redacted] of ASAP since July and his response is always "the claim is in process - I'm negotiating with [redacted] for a settlement." I have asked him to provide a statement if we are not going to get the claim settled and get reimbursement for our losses, so that we can claim the losses on taxes, but he maintains "the claim is still in process." At this point I believe this response is a stall tactic.
