complaint ID [redacted].If they do not respond, and if you put this in their record, I would like to know if I could view the information that will be put in the record.  I think I originally sent you information that was longer than would fit in the submission box, and I want to make sure it makes sense and covers the issues well. 
Also, is there a way my complaint can be made public so anyone searching for the company online will find my complaints?  Although I'd like my last name to not be visible to the public.
