On a day when absolutely everything could (and probably SHOULD) have gone wrong....Super Bowl Sunday snowpocalyps, 2/1/15....our move was flawless!! 100% of the credit for our successful move goes to the guys on our team, Brian, Brian and FreddyCan't say enough about their work ethic, their cheerful demeanor, their attention to detail, and their speed!! On May 23, 2016, meet with Greg, to consult on a front sidewalk and breezeway patio area update. Spoke with him for about an hour with a lot of ideas and finally narrowed down the design. He took measurements and drawings verified my email address to send the quote to and left. 2 weeks later I called to check on the status of the quote, and was told by Rachel she had nothing in the office at that time. She would contact Greg and get back to me. She called and left a message the next day, that she unfortunately still had not received anything and had no further update. To date I have received no more phone calls or emails. I am very surprised and disappointed as this company has a great rating, however, I will not be doing business with them and if asked will not provide a recommendation to seek out there services.

Very disappointed with communication and work done based on expectations set by company representatives. They showed up unannounced to do both the estimate and the work (twice), left a mess behind, and were very slow to respond to inquiries and promised "fixes".
We will have to have this job completed by another company, or finish it ourselves.
