ASAP has been in business for years, word of mouth is our main source of businessIn those years we have never had a complaint of this mannerAnswering or resolving any and all concerns or complaints brought to our attention is important to us. Our customers are very important to usWe
would never have left someone go without heat for daysEven in the event that we would be waiting on a part, we have heaters in the shop and carry in each service vanThose are available for customers to help until the part comes in and the repair can be madeTo make sure we can be reached hrs a day, especially in the case of an emergency we have phone numbers and a pagerWe would never intentionally leave ANYONE in a dangerous situation. HVAC is an ever changing trade, models, parts and techniques change steadily. Clay is one of our youngest technicians, but even our most seasoned and experienced technicians are learning new ways to complete service. All of our service vans are supplied with gauges for checking pressure on gas lines during service calls and installsOur technician says he did check the pressure on the furnace and watched it gauge upHe remembers having to adjust the pressure To ensure the best service is provided to our customers and that a situation like this never happens again, we have and will continue to go over our processes and procedures. Our technicians will have to record pressures of all units serviced on the service sheets when on a call, this is just one of the current changes taking place to make sure the best service is provided by ASAP. From the previous responses from both sides of the situation, it would be safe to say we are not in agreement and there are discrepancies on many issuesASAP realizes that Mr*** does not find the services provided by ASAP to be satisfactoryIt is cases like this that we remember the saying “The Customer is always right.” So after reviewing the situation as a whole, we hope that by giving Mr*** a full refund, less the $all ready refunded, he can at least be satisfied with the resolutionWe are disappointed it came to this but would like to put this situation behind us and move forwardThe check will be issued when we know our offer has been accepted by Mr***. We at ASAP wish Mr*** and his family the best and should he ever give ASAP another chance we would be happy to help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.In reviewing  the response from ASAP Heating and Cooling I'm happy to hear that new policies have been implemented with regards to pressure gauges and protocol and accept the resolution of a Full Refund minus the $50 already received. I do wish we'd have had a better experience with your company, we had only heard good things regarding ASAP Heating and Cooling and your company came recommended by a family friend which is why we chose your business.  They received outstanding service, it is the service that we received that caused the report of poor service and request for the refund.  We have no doubt that you provide great service, we just unfortunately did not receive the standard service of ASAP Heating and Cooling.  This put us in some horrible situations and caused us a lot of frustration and worry.  We have not cashed the $50 refund but will do so when the reminder of the full refund is received.Thank you for reconciling this matter, we will be using the funds to have the system re-inspected and brought indoors near the furnace.   Thank You,[redacted]
