I have made efforts to satisfy the ***
During the entire situation I have been willing to complete the job and satisfy the contract between usI feel there are no legal issues that would preclude this completion
I had other professionals look at the work done on the A/C system and both have given positive reports
I feel that the *** should let myself and my subcontractor finish the project

I think the statements from the customer are correct
I did run PVC drain lines for the A/C unitI forgot those in my previous statements
I think, in this latest statement, they have confirmed that credentials for myself and my subs were confirmed
If you have offered any negotiations, their last statements seem to reject those and the Revdex.com in general
How do we proceed from here?
Gary

1. I AM taking responsibility by my willingness to still complete the work.
2. True. I was paid my portion of the work. Did not receive any money for the foundation. [redacted] paid them directly.
3. I provided 1 choice for $1500 and [redacted] provided 1 for $2500
4. The only work I provided on the...

unit was to connect the main power electrical wires. The other work I did was to connect the ductwork to the unit and 1 register.
5. The "more damage" are the 2 items I listed in my original response.
6.   I have not checked Carl's license credentials. He did a commercial job for me. That company said they checked on all my subs and all ,including Carl, were OK. Mrs. [redacted] spent a lot of time online and I understood that all was OK. She chose her foundation company because she found their credentials online. She checked my company online so I assume she checked the A/C company credentials as well. I believe I remember her saying so before we started any work.
I don't know anything about the internal workings of intercompany purchases of equipment.
[redacted] is a reputable company. The result from their visit to [redacted] home and inspection of the units was: The units will work fine together. The work done to that point was satisfactory. There was only about 3 hrs of work left to do.
7.
8. They asked me to sigh a lien waiver form which meant I could take no recourse or legal action towards them. In my conversations with Mr. [redacted] we both said that we had no desire to take any recourse against each other. They just wanted to drop everything and start with another contractor. I was willing if that is what they wanted. I told him that since I was willing to sign a release from them they should be willing to sign a release from me . They refused.

1. Gary [redacted] with ASAP Home Repair refuses to provide us with his and his subcontractors licensing information for their performance on partial HVAC install. 2. The certificate of insurance that was provided to us by ASAP Home Repair's general liability insurance agent DID NOT protected us, it protected him and his so-called insurance company from not having to pay for or take responsibility for the negligence and damages that he and subcontractor caused.  3. Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair has yet to provide a signed written statement from the two companies that came out to validate and approve the work that ASAP Home Repair and subcontractor performed on the HVAC unit. The written report should include date of inspection, company names, address, contact names, license numbers, and phone numbers to support his claim.Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home repair  mentions he made efforts to satisfy us but refuses to provide factual documentation to support his claim. Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home repair is delusional to think we would be willing to allow him or his subcontractor back to finish or perform any work on our home. Insisting that we allow ASAP Home Repair and his subcontractor to come back and complete the work is not taking responsibility for the damages that was caused and it's a weak excuse to think he is making an effort to satisfy us.

We never received a $1500 bid from Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair.  Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair forgot to acknowledge the PVC work that he did when he was working on the electrical and duct work. Just to be clear, we never approved or authorized Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home repair to do any work on the HVAC unit. Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair states more than once he had someone check the work, but has not stated the company name, person that came out, phone numbers, etc..We received a Home Improvement loan through our bank. The following is the requirement of the bank before closing the loan on 10/5/2015 and issuing funds:1. Must have a general contractor that is registered to work in the State of Texas. The bank verified and approved the information Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair provided. The General Contractor contracted to do the work was Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair.2. Must have a signed contract w/the General Contractor.Contract was signed by us and Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair on 9/16/2015 and provided to the bank on 9/17/2015.2. Roof inspection is required. In this case, the foundation company that we wanted to do the foundation work of our home also had a roofing company. They provided a roofing inspection and the bank verified and approved the credentials.3. The General Contractor had to provide a list of his subcontractors name, company name and phone numbers.Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair provided a list of his subcontractors that included Carl [redacted]r w/[redacted]The bank requested that we make sure the General Contractor aka Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair had liability insurance to protect us in the event of damages and injuries. We insisted that Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair carry liability insurance, naming us as the certificate holders and additional insured. We received a copy of his liability insurance on 9/11/15 from his agent in California, naming us as the certificate holder and additional insured. We called to validate that the insurance and the policy was valid. However, we found out after submitting a claim, that Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair did not furnish subcontractors licensing and insurance credentials to his insurance company and our claim was denied.  We verified references that Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair provided and checked the Revdex.com website. The Revdex.com has Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair at an A+ rating with no complaints since 2003. This is a joke. It's also a joke that we have not spoken to anyone from the Revdex.com. WE receive a response stating we have 8 days to respond. If no response is received, the Revdex.com assumes the issue has been resolved. If this is how the Revdex.com resolves disputes, then there will be no resolution to the complaint. The A+ rating the Revdex.com provides is FALSE advertisement!!!
Regards,
Anna [redacted]

We will not be accepting the Revdex.com's offer of providing a third party arbitrator to resolve this issue. How do we proceed from here?Considering the fact that Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair and his subcontractor (aka Carl [redacted]r) was not licensed, caused damage to the property, refusing to sign the lien waiver after he received full payment of the 1st draw, and provided insurance that was not covered per the contracted terms, Gary [redacted] w/ASAP Home Repair needs to complete and satisfy the demands that we have provided when we submitted our claim to the Revdex.com. Additional charges may apply if we are forced to retain an attorney to resolve this issue.

I do not want to accept the offer to have my  complaint ID 10996150, go to an Arbitration Hearing.
