Review: Owner does not return calls or respond to emails. I had an issue with my return being sent to the wrong account. Contacted owner on May 1,2015 to inform her of the issue did not receive a response until May 3,2015 and her response was the check will get returned to me...and I can print you a check...I will try to call you today. ..but I will be in touch when I have it to print" Reached out to owner via email on May 6,2015 to check on the status of the return and to see if there was anything I could do to get return sent to my bank account - No response from owner. On May 12,2015 I contacted the Louisiana Department of Revenue they informed me check was deposited into owner's account on the 28th again I emailed owner to check the status - no response On May 13th contacted IRS representative gave me date, bank name, accounting number, routing number and phone number of bank my check had been deposited to and informed me to call them. I contacted the bank and the representative informed me that the check was received tried to do a dummy post to account but was returned account closed and that owner had received her fees and printed my checks on May 5,2015 and to call owner to pick up check. I immediately called owner no answer, emailed owner and no response I sent her message on facebook informing her of what I was told she then responded "Ummm...non of that is true. I just returned from a trip.. I will call you later today I do have the ability to print your check but there was a problem" today is May 14th approximately 24hrs from her facebook response. I have yet to receive a call from owner. My next step will be D.ADesired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund and because she has been holding it since May 5th she should refund me some of her filling fee as well.

Review: The owner of this business had my refund deposited in her account and has given me the impression that she has mailed the check since April, 2013, she has only returned 1 email stating that she has to get the bank to reissue a check and then there was no more communication between us again. I have emailed her and called numerous times but still no answer or check in the mailDesired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund from this person and If I have to get an attorney involved this person pays my legal fees also.
