Charged double what was quoted with two different explanations as to why and refused refund

Similar to another customer on this list, I was locked out and told the rate as is listed on their site, $for coming and minimum $I was waiting outside my locked out door with a month old and desperate to get inWhen the guy arrived, he got to work and started to explain possible costsAs he worked, the price kept increasingBy the time he was done (minutes later), my bill was $total!
