ASAP Maintenance & A/C

[redacted] came to my house to repair my air conditioner. On the receipt lists services for Freon, a capacitor, and electrical work. My house never felt cool. About a month later, my entire air conditioner shut down ([redacted]). [redacted] charged $325.00 for his repair originally done on [redacted]. I called him back on [redacted] to let him know we weren't getting any air. He told me he had another job in the Woodlands and was sure he couldn't see me until [redacted]. He was suppose to call me back [redacted] evening to let me know for sure. He didn't call me back until [redacted] @ approx. 3:00 p.m. to let me know he couldn't come until [redacted]. I explained to him that wouldn't work because we had a graduation party planned that weekend and that I had guests coming from out of town. I had to call another company for repair, who in turn charged me another $225.00. The second company stated that the capacitor that [redacted] installed was an 87.5 as opposed to what was needed a 55.5. It was pulling too many amps. I asked for a refund for some of my money. He said "no take him to court". He was very unprofessional and kept getting me confused with other customers. He told me "I'm going to be passing up a lot of jobs just to get to you." He also has a bogus address listed on his business card, because according to the court, his business is not at the address listed. I've lost money due to his "guess work" and court costs.
