ASAP Monograms

Review: I brought 2 sweaters to get monogrammed on a Wednesday. I was told they would be ready by Friday (2days later) but to come before 2pm because they were going out of town. I went to the store that Friday at 1:30pm. The same lady told me my order wasn't started yet. I asked why when she told me it would be ready today. All she said was "I don't know I'm just behind". I said well my child needs her sweaters for school so will it be done today? She said "well it has to because I'm going out of town, so I'll call u when it's done". I never received a call. I've been calling them & going by the store since & no luck. My child is stuck with no sweater & has been wearing an illegal jacket to school. At this point I just want my sweaters back so I can bring it some where else. I'll never go here again. I should have stayed away from this store when I 1st went there during business hours. The open sign was off, door locked & blinds shut. I still knocked & waited. Then the lady came to the door. What kind of business appears close when they are open?! They need to be closed permanently & I want my sweaters back!Desired Settlement: I want my sweaters back. If they already monogrammed it I am refusing to pay. It's been 7 days so far since I've brought it to them & 5 days since it was supposed to be ready.
