The owner of this company who also seems to be the only employee of the company is a very rude persistent personI've asked him to unsubscribe me from his emails times and have not done soHe has also harassed other co-workersWhen I told him I wasn't interested in his services he mimicked me and asked if he stood me up on a date or somethingWhen I called and sternly told him to unsubscribe the company he said "with pleasure I am sick of you"VERY RUDE and childish customer service and he's a pestHe will not stopAvoid him if possible!!!

The products I ordered were cheaper than at the local office supply store and came as ordered the next dayGreat service!

I read some of the testimonials already there and if I hadn't just dealt with Chad I might have been skepticalbut they're all true! Our receptionist just retired and I've taken over (been stuck with) some of her dutiesChad not only responds instantly to any and all requests but makes everything so easyThose qualities are the absolute best you could ever hope for when you're really busy and have absolutely no experience whatsoever in this areaThank you, Chad!

I have made an order on Sep 26th, for chairs from ASAP Office suppliesThe chairs were displayed as "in stock" on the websiteonce I have made the order I was expecting to go for the payment page, but that was not the caseI called the business and asked about their payment and shipping as no information was provided even after completing the order
Few days later I receive an email that the chairs are not actually in stock and that they need business dayswhich was very odd because stock is either available or notI pick up the phone to speak to to CHAD *** the owner most probably the only employee at this *** websiteSince the order was not available for another business days, I cancelled my order with them over the phone, which was a mistakeI should have had written cancellation but I did notI trusted that the guy will send in the cancellation in couple of hours and I completely forgot about itA month later he sends an email to say my order is ready to be delivered! I remind him that the order was cancelled a while ago but he refusesemails go back and forth with him trying to make me purchase the chairs and attempting to deliver

This is my second positive review for Chad @ ASAP, since we began a business relationship in so many years (2011)We are a property management and real estate company in Seattle and we do a high volume of mail, dailyI was looking for postage meter ink that was reasonably priced and I found "The Postage Meter Guys" with the logo of an ink cartridge running on legs to get to his new home (consumer)I thought, "how simple is that (the name and the logo)?" These guys deserved my attentionSince then, I have had only good service - fast delivery of my ink cartridge ordersIt's not easy to survive in any business these daysI'm glad I can still count on Chad being there when needed
