There was no coupon, the Web site said that New customers get free service call. The service call as on 4/23, the service was done on 4/25. I e-mailed the company on 4/25 not a week after. I heard from the Company 2 weeks ago. I have not received my refund yet.
Review: Business advertise "NO SERVICE FEE TO NEW CUSTOMER". We were charged $ 49,99. I emailed business 3 times regarding the fee. I did not receive any reply. I called on the phone , the mail box was full , you could not leave a message.Desired Settlement: We paid in full for the work done, we would like the service fee refunded.
