I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! We needed a replacement water heater and it was taken care of immediately, with zero hassle or setbacks. Anthony was sent over to take care of it and did such an amazing job, he handled everything so I didn't have to worry about a single thing. He was prompt, professional, polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them myself, again and again!

This company fails to delivery quality work, they are argumentative when trying to communicate your discrepancies with their work. The owner lied straight to both my husband and I's faces about the job being done, when it clearly was not. Even after they came out again, the work was less than up to par, and still not complete but my husband was fed up. After getting our belongings back (our house flooded, big traumatic event) we noticed that there were items missing. Another vendor also notified us that all the boxes were put in the garage. After ASAP was in the house, there were boxes all around the house, and it was obvious that they had been gone through. Our property that was out of the way, and not needing to be moved was now spread throughout the house. We noticed medications missing from our cabinets, and worst of all, we noticed that they stole our trash disposal from under our sink.

Both my husband and I have worked in construction before and we know how this works. But what we've never experienced is being so blatently lied to.
