ASAP Ready Mix Concrete Delivery & Pumping

Review: Mr. [redacted] is the owner who promised the very satisfied completed job if I choose his contract in compared with other estimate to do this job concrete. Finally I chose his business to do complete job of concrete as he promised over the phone: I will be very happy with his business as no complain at all for a very long time business. After I paid him in full of cash for more than 20 yards of concrete, the big cracking lines on the concrete happened to the next morning.I called and left voice mail to ask him to fix it, but whenever he saw my phone numbers, never pick it up till I used different phone to call him. It took me more than 2 weeks to contact him, as he tried to avoid my phone calls. After 2 weeks waiting for him to fixing the cracking, he just showed up and took the pictures which was wasting my husband's time of work to be there, without fixing the cracking at all. I kept calling him and he did not pick up the phone, finally this morning (more than 2 weeks of waiting for his respond), I used another phone to contact him, he said he has no liability to fix these cracking, as they are nature of crack and no responsibility on those cracks.So it means he is a big liar to me, try to persuade me to contract with him, with the very poor quality, I am very sad for the quality of only the next day of cracking. If the cracks happen at least 30 days later, I am ok with that, but this job is not a good finishing and it cracked right away of the next day. I am not recommend anyone who wants to do the concrete job through this website as the owner does not know how to do the good business and resolve the problem to customers to make the customers happy, then his business will grow more through referrals or I come back again with other projects of concrete. So please be aware of these types of business and carefully choose the trustworthy business.Desired Settlement: As I told him many times, I need him to solve the cracking problems by sending the finishers to fix the cracks or credit back to me some money so I can hire the other contractors to fix it. But he hang up the phone right away with my request and did not want to talk with me and not pick up the phone whenever I called him. I just want him to credit back about $300-$500 to fixing the cracks of about 2 yards of concrete and hopefully Revdex.com can help to resolve on this matter.

Some of the sayings in the complaint are correct about how she contacted me and how we did come to an agreement to bring the concrete to her job. We are a concrete delivery and pumping company only. although we do know many people in the industry. In this case the customer asked if we knew any concrete finishers so I had them meet with a great finisher I know. He went over to see the job and talk to them and they came up with a number of people they needed to do the job witch was 1 less than they really should have had the finisher said(never good to b short handed on a job of that size. Being cheap on concrete jobs gets u nowhere). So a few days went by and they called me and said they wanted me to bring the concrete and that same crew of finishers come to finish the concrete. The customer did all the set up and rebar on the job themselves. they did all the ground preparation also.. I explained that we r not contractors and we don't profess to b ..all the finish guys work on a per day basis ... I do not employ them . Anyway we did a great job brought excellent concrete and did a great job of not pumping the concrete too wet .. We used 4000 psi also.......... Sometimes concrete does crack it all depends on the preparation and so many other factors I do not no why the crack appeared at that point every where else it was great.. I answered many many calls from her but she called over 30 times I had to run my business and could not fight with her over the deal and I offered her $150 back to help her fix the little crack she said that was not enough. When I collected from her I failed to charge her 50 dollars so the total I would return to her was 200 .. I don't feel liable 4 that but she said that she was going to ruin my business and I thought that I better pay her something ................. People can really hurt u on the internet and she threatened to do that to me........................... And we did a great job 4 her there is no guarantee on jobs like that and we let people no that .. We also told her she should have used a big rock mix 4 her parking area but she wanted the cheaper job Sincerely [redacted]

We totally get shocks when we received his respond because he is a BIG LIAR!!!

He makes up the new story which we have no idea what he is talking about.

From the beginning, we made a deal with him for the total package of the completed job. We had no

ideas about his finishers and did not make any deal with his finishers. He only sent one of his

finishers to come to my property to measure how many yards for this job and I met his finisher

for his measurement only without any discussing about price or number of people at all because I

made a deal with him for the total complete job. He makes up this part of the

story. VERY LIAR!!!

As from the beginning, I did concern about cracking, even he recommended us to use only 3000 PSI

concrete, we fully agreed to pay more to get 4000 PSI to avoid cracking and we emphasized with him

over and over again for quality. He kept telling me that no worry at all about his job as he is

surely of quality of his job for a long time business. So we trust him through his persuade many times to convince us to make a

deal with him. Even I had 3 bidders the similar price for less than his price but I did not choose them because he is the first one I

contacted with + his advertising for his quality over and over so I gave him the

priority to do this concrete job. But unfortunately, we got the cheating and liar business that make us very upset.

Even after his crew finished the work, I rewarded them a big lunch for their hard working and his

staffs were very appreciated us for such very nice, delicious foods.

He NEVER & NEVER offered us any money to credit back for repairing the cracking as he said. We

totally disagree with him for his such making up the story like this. It is UNACCEPTABLE FOR A

BIG SUCH LIAR!
