satisfactory to me. If they follow through and actually show up to do the repairs. They have in the past made appointment and fail to keep them or even notify me they could not make the appointment, and ask for a reschedule. I am reserving the right to continue this complaint if they fail to keep their appointment, or if they don't make the necessary repairs, and I am serving notice that these repairs will be inspected by a qualified contractor.Sincerely, [redacted]

Insurance company is only paying for two side of siding, and wants us to install a different siding, that is the closest match.  We have installed a small amount of closest matched steel siding that they said was a close match and to our professional eye we are not confident that it is close...

enough. We must have a signed approval and acceptance that they are ok for us to install the remaining two sides of siding with the different matching siding. If the homeowner verifies that the siding is ok, and signs off on it we can proceed in getting another sub contractor out to complete the two sides. 
 
Currently due to labor shortage in Montana it has been increasingly difficult to find qualified licensed sub contractors on some trades. This can make some projects take longer. If homeowner has a contractor that they prefer that is able complete those trades please let us know. If there is a balance that is owed on the trades that we are not able to complete in a timely manner we can refund that amount if there is a overage paid on those items.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have been having water problems from some place on my roof. 3 lights in my kitchen leak water. This started about 2 weeks ago. I have left voice mail at the numbers from their invoice forms, and as of now I have received no response from ASAP. I have had a number of problems with Asap, everything from the way their crews treated our property, to forcing them to come back multiple times to make the same repairs, such as trimming the shingles straight with the edge of the roof. I would like this company to come to my house and fix the roof or completely refund the amount I paid them, and I would then like a contractor of my choosing to inspect my roof and assure me that all is as it should be.Thank You for your assistance.
