On 5/1/this customer bought an Eleaf iStick 50W from our store for $+ taxWe have the sales receipts to prove thisOn 6/18/15, days later, this customer came back to the store and said the device was no longer workingWe have a
dated time stamped video of this encounter saved on our computer which will disprove this customers claimsThe video clearly shows this customer vaping on the "dead" device as she's entering the store and as she's leavingWe examined the device and found that the led screen had gone out on itAs the product was still under the manufacturers day warranty we offered to ship it back for her and get her a replacement at no cost to herThis was not an acceptable solution for her as she didn't want to wait the 1-weeks to get her replacementShe asked if she could have a loaner to use while she waited for a replacementAs we are not a car dealership it is not our usual practice to give loaners to people, however *** did offer to let this customer borrow her personal vaporizer while she waited for her replacementThe video clearly shows *** going into the back and getting her vaporizer and offering it to the customerThis solution wasn't acceptable to the customer either as she wanted the exact same vaporizer as hers for a loanerNot even car dealerships do thatShe left and later gave us a bad review on ***Our response to her review was:
"We are very sorry you are so disappointed with our service and our shopWe are also sorry that the screen on your istick stopped workingHowever we did offer you a solutionWe offered to ship it back for you and get you a replacement and while we don't have loaners for people to use, we did offer you oneWe offered you a variable wattage device to use while you waited for a replacementWe feel like we did everything we could to solve your problem and make you happy and don't feel like we were rude about itAs far as our juice goes we have many different brands ranging in priceYou have primarily gotten ones off our $bargain boardWe admit we don't put our best flavors on the bargain board, but $for a 30ml bottle is a very good priceIf you were to try our non-sale juices we're sure you'd be pleasedAnyway, we are sorry that you feel we've treated you rudely and that we've lost you as a customerAnd of course our offer still stands to send in your istick and get you a replacement."
So again we offered to send her device back for her, but she didn't accept our offerAt this point she threatened to go to the Revdex.com and that is why we saved the video footage to disprove her claimsHer review has since been taken off *** so we're not sure if there's a way to recover it
As far as assaulting her child goes, while she was in our store one of her boys started erasing our chalkboard displaying our current sales*** said, "please don't erase that" and the boy stoppedThe video clearly shows *** saying this in a calm mannerNo yelling, no screaming, no assaulting
We didn't see or hear anything from this customer for over a year and then out of nowhere she posted this review on ***:
"DisappointedNot madNot sadI'm disappointed with the service and the product replacementI purchased a mod and a tank here and the tank stopped working within a week of purchaseNo exchangesNo replacementsQuite the oppositeThey yelled at my children and lost a repeat customerBest wishesI support local small businesses but am...just disappointed."
We're not sure if this is supposed to be from a separate incident or if she's referring to her claims from over a year agoEither way the claims are and she is again slandering and spreading lies about our businessThis is why when she came into the store on 10/26/*** told her she is no longer welcome to shop hereIf we allow her to keep coming here we have no idea what statements she will spread about us nextOr what she will do
A few hours after telling her she is no longer welcome here, her father came to the storeHe was irate and started yelling and threatening ***He took his crutch and slammed our $chalkboard to the ground scratching its finishHe continued with his threats saying he was going to send his son to the shop to cause *** bodily harmOut of fear for our and our employee's safety we called the police and filed a reportAt this point neither the customer nor her family are allowed in our shop
We feel we did everything we could to rectify this customer's situationWe have had other customers have problems with their devices and they were thrilled that we would ship them back for them and get them a replacementWe were shocked when this customer wouldn't accept this solutionOf course now a year and a half later the warranty has long expired and we can't send the product in for proper testingWith this customers continued spreading of lies about us over a year and a half and now threats of violence we are not willing to allow this person to remain a customerWe will be dropping off copies of sales receipts and of the videos to the Revdex.com to offer proof that this customer's claims are false

This person knows he is guilty and caughtThere is no other reason for him to attempt a pitiful defense at this pointI have no personal vendettaI am a single, disabled, Mormon mother of two boys that has just lost my mother and sisterI don't have the time nor energy to go around fabricating anything like this person is allegingI'm offended further by the insinuationI'm not here reporting Black Rock Vapor for their deplorable and despicable business practices for any other reason than JusticeI don't deserve to be bullied and cheatedMy son doesn't deserve to be accostedIt's time that this business be held accountable for their wrongdoingsI have done nothing wrong but defend myself and my rights as a consumerIt's sad that this young man can get a business license and continue to treat his clientele like he is right nowOf course he's upsetHe's like a teenager that's just been caught dipping into his buddy's moms purse then yelling at her year old for touching a child's toyThis has not been resolvedBlack Rock Vapor owes me a refund and an apologyA public reprimand and fines for treating their customers like liarsThey sold me a defective productThey never rectified itIt's disgusting that they can go after me like this when I've tried so hard to quit smokingI rejoice in my accomplishments, not wallow in anger and painLife is too shortI have a bigger heart than they doI forgive but I count on institutions like the Revdex.com to clear up situations like thisKarma is headed your way folksI don't know how you sleep at nightMake it rightYou know you're capable of it...somewhere
