Logan Booth with ASAP roof was very professional and made the task of having my roof done a weight lifted. His exceptional follow up with me kept me updated with the work done on my home. He was even able to have my house repainted to my specifications. This has definitely been a burden lifted and I would recommend Logan Booth and ASAP roofing.

Great service from Adam and Ian. They were attentive to our needs. The staff was courteous timely and thorough.

ASAP Roofing's customer service was amazing! We recently had hail damage in our area and one of their representatives, Jason, came to our house and explained everything we needed to do in order to have our roof replaced. He walked us through the paperwork step-by-step, helped us deal with the insurance agency, and explained how the whole process would work (we'd never filed a claim before.) ASAP made sure someone was here on the day the insurance adjuster came out so they could fight to get us the most money possible and told us that if the company wanted to come out again after the work was finished they'd come to that too. (Some insurance companies apparently only give you a percentage up front and the rest after it's completed). For reasons too long to put into this review we had to go with a different company, but Jason still called us later to make sure everything was going well AND gave us tips of what to look out for in case something like this happened again (the company we ended up having to go with was horrible.) Also, instead of being upset that he "lost a customer/sale" he was more upset and sympathetic to our situation. Thank you Jason and ASAP roofing! Hopefully I'll never need another roof, but if I do, I know who I'm going to call!

ASAP did a great job from start to finish. Our rep, Chad MacPhail met with our insurance adjuster and took care of everything after our roof was damaged by a hail storm. The crew showed up and finished on time and did a great job cleaning up. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Chad and the whole team.

Overall we were satisfied with ASAP's work. A few delays due to a miscommunication on both parts but in the end we were very happy. Good people good work. I was represented by Ian as the project manager.

ASAP roofing did the repairs on my roof following a hail storm. I could not be happier with the customer service and work completed. Navigating solar panel removal, insurance company losing/not sending checks, solar panel reattachment, weather delays... it would have been a huge pain to coordinate and stay on top of everything. Thankfully Ian was my case handler and he was on top of every single step and handled everything. He was incredibly fast on text message (my preferred method of communication) and I never worried about a thing. If something came up, I let Ian know and he took care of it. I like ASAP roofing. I can't say enough good things about Ian. Should you choose to use ASAP roofing, I would request Ian.

ASAP did an excellent job - even beyond what I expected. For instance, I had a water issue on the doghouse which was a problem since the house was built. Newman fixed it but I knew it was a mess up there. When I told ASAP about it, I also noticed water damage on the trim. Tyler. one of the ASAP project managers, went up on the roof and looked at it and he advised me to just cut it off which ended up saving me some money. I was still concerned how ASAP was going to handle the "dead valley".
Tyler ended up taking pictures of the installation of the water shield to show the details so after seeing that I was pretty confident that it was done properly. When I went up there today they had actually made a water diverter out of step flashing that will help keep the water away from that corner! They also flashed the trim pieces at the top of the doghouse, something that I wouldn't have thought of.
Both Chad and Tyler were at the house when the roof went up, paying attention to the details that I told them I wanted. At the end of the job, all the cuts on the valleys and edges are really straight, and the details look good. The final gutters and the painting of the doghouse were finished within a few days. I can't say enough about the level of attention that Chad performed, making sure that I was satisfied with the quality of work done by ASAP.

After our roof got hit by this fall's big hail storm I started doing research for a roofing company and after spending a lot of time online and talking to friends who had contracted with them, we chose ASAP Roofing to replace our roof. Other roofers that we had looked at didn't offer the quality of materials and workmanship that we wanted.
Ian was assigned as our Project Manager and we couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and knowledge he provided us. From helping us understand the process to the differences in roofing materials and assisting us in working with our insurance company Ian has with us every step of the way and always available to answer questions and provide assistance.
On short notice we had to reschedule the work on our home and I was afraid this was going to be a huge issue but Ian was able to work with our schedule and get the work completed. After the work was completed Ian personally met me at our home to do a final inspection which impressed me greatly.
If we ever have roofing issues I will not hesitate to call Ian and ASAP Roofing and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

ASAP Roofing made a not so pleasant circumstance into a pleasant one! From the initial inspection through post inspection, then an unexpected followup, the customer service 1was professional, friendly, and efficient. Their work was fast but did not compromise quality by any means! The unexpected followup flabbergasted me. Rob Thoenson was visiting a neighbor who told him we had just gotten our roof done by ASAP. He actually stopped by and asked if I would mind if he took a look just to see how the work was holding up. He was friendly and took his time (on his off time) inspecting the roof. Wow! You just don't see customer service and quality like this very often! I will recommend this company in a heartbeat! Crystal Walters

I had my rental house inspected by Rob and Nick after the hailstorm near Buckley Air Force Base in June. The process couldn't have been easier. All of my questions were answered and explained to me. They were there during the insurance inspection and came to pick up payment and explained all that would be done. The installation appointment was made for my convenience and contact numbers were provided by Caleb and Rob in case the timing didn't work for me. Great information provided all along the process.

We sustained hail damage during the summer of 2014. ASAP came to our door offering free estimates. We agreed to move forward with the roofing at which time our contract stated that if we place a sign in front of our door and someone also agrees to have roofing done, that we would receive a gift card of $250. My parents agreed to have their roof replaced as well and stated that they were referred by us. Our roof was completed at the end of September. The roofers would show up around 6 or 6:30 every morning to begin, then one day did not show up at all. Of course that was the one day that it hailed on our exposed roof. The roofers did not thoroughly clean when completed and left shingles and nails on our lawn and driveway. Once completed, we inquired about the $250 that was promised. We were told that because the same contact was not used, we would only receive $100 (which was never previously disclosed). We paid our first check from the insurance company as well as our deductible. It was not until early 2015 that we were asked to pay the remainder. My husband was frequently contacted by a third party who would not disclose the total amount of the bill so that it could be paid. I contacted ASAP directly and a supervisor was sent out in March. My husband wrote a check for what was to be the final payment. He explained that we were very dissatisfied with how things had gone and have never received the $100, much less the $250 that was promised for the referral. My husband also expressed his frustration that it hailed with an exposed roof but to our knowledge was never addressed. The supervisor dismissed his frustration about the referral bonus and stated that if there was any damage to the roof, we would have a warranty. My husband received a receipt of final payment. About two weeks later we were again contacted by ASAP that we owed an additional $1200. This was to cover the fees and permit. At this time, they finally stated that they would honor the $250 and deducted that from the cost. We insisted that we received a receipt of final payment but were told that it was an error by the supervisor. I reviewed the permit and it was not pulled until December, 2014, 3 months after the roof had been completed. Overall, I would not recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a roof.

My house suffered wind and water damage from the Sept. 2013 storms. When we discovered we had a mold issue, ASAP Roofing/Restoration was called in. They immediately responded, met with my insurance, and had a mold inspection test done within days. My house needed major repairs, the whole backside need to be "removed and replaced"...walls...interior/exterior insulation/siding...windows...brick fireplace roof repaired and carpet replaced. With winter weather against us, they worked very professionally and quickly, my back wall literally had to be torn out and replaced, done in ONE day! I was amazed how my worst nightmare became a very pleasant experience. ASAP had all of their workers, carpenter, electrician, siding and roofers on the job and did a remarkable job staying within the projected time frame. They did all the correspondence with my insurance...making this almost "pain free" for me. This work was all done extremely well, I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

In October 2014, ASAP Roofing represented by sales manager Ian House, replaced a severely hailstorm damaged roof on my home. The deck was refinished as well as the damaged outdoor lighting fixtures. All of the roof, deck and light work were well and professionally done.
Every question or issue that I brought up with Ian during the process was addressed to my satisfaction. I was also particularly impressed with ASAP's willingness to go the extra mile in working through some of the difficult parts of the claims process as related to the insurance company.
I do appreciate the professionalism of ASAP and am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I give a strong recommendation on their behalf for anyone considering them to do roofing work.

ASAP Roofing personnel met my expectations in my roof replacement in fall of 2015. They were very available and worked successfully with the insurance carrier and my schedule. The team was very personable and respectful of my home and any persons on the property during their visits. With all the crazy schedules we keep, they made it easy to get the work estimated and completed... really flexible!
I'd recommend their services to any of my friends in need of roofing repair/replacement without hesitation.

ASAP Roofing did a great job on my roof in a timely manner. They were able to determine that the damage to my roof was covered by my insurance and handled everything. I would recommend them.

Adam and Ian with ASAP Roofing helped me through this process. Their customer service was top notch every step of the way. They were able to get my insurance company to approve my entire roof for full replacement when I was at first skeptical. Their crew did a great job and was sensitive to what I needed during the installation as well as did a thorough clean upon completion. I would recommend them to anyone else!!!

After the June 8, 2014 hail storm in Aurora, Co, Dave of ASAP Roofing stopped by my house and offered to check the roof out to see if there was any damage. I was not aware of how serious the hail storm had been, and since I was certainly not getting up on the roof to look for damage, I was grateful for the offer. Dave did find damage to the roof, much to my dismay. My roof was damaged in the 2011 hail storm and I had to suffer through the lengthy, unpleasant process of getting a new roof then and was not looking forward to doing it again. I am very pleased to report the new roof was approved and put on in less than 3 weeks time! The ease and speed with which this roof repair was done was totally amazing! The only issue I had was with the cleanup in the backyard. However, as soon as I reported the problem to Dave, he came right out and took care of it personally, and on his own time. Dave was personable, knowledgable, attentive to detail and quick to respond to my questions/requests. It was refreshing to deal with a company that reflected responsibility and professionalism in the way they conduct business. .

Adam and Ian with ASAP assisted me through this process. They identified damage to my roof, and got my insurance to agree to replace my entire roof, gutters, and restain my deck. Very pleased with the whole restoration project. Done very fast, great work, excellent clean-up. Crew was friendly and very attentive to particular needs. They kept me informed every step of the way and did all they could to go above and beyond. When the crew realized there was enough material left over from the roof they roofed my shed as well. Excellent!!!

I had a great experience with ASAP roofing. The project manager working with me, Tyler kept close contact with me and any question I had was answered promptly. Also I am aware that this is a big construction job and mistakes can happen along the way. Tyler and ASAP roofing acted quick to make sure the mistakes did not happen. I would recommend Tyler and ASAP roofing to anyone.

In the last three years I've had my roof replaced twice due to the severe hail storms in Aurora, CO. Both times I had ASAP Roofing contracted to tackle the insurance process and perform the restoration on my roof and gutters. I was very pleased with their workmanship both times. ASAP's representative Ian House worked with me each time to ensure all of the work was properly done in a timely manner, to include contacting me at the first instance of inclement weather than delayed the roof replacement. I would recommend others to use Ian and ASAP Roofing!
