A.S.A.P. Sealing and Paving

On or about Wednesday, July 31st:

Santino Stevens was driving up my street, I was preparing my driveway with the blower for the coming days of a sealer to come. Mr. Stevens asked if he could make me an offer. I said yes, as I already have wo done and one was to come that Sunday. He wanted to asphalt.pave the front of my driveway, I said no. He said he could seal some of the larger hole and cracks with asphalt. I no to his amount he wanted. He then continue to say that he would seal all the cracks and seal the driveway. We came to the higher amount than the other company I believe because of the pavement in the cracks, so we shook hands at a deal of $240.00, and he gave me his card. He said the driveway would look great and I would love the job and they would be back in a hour. It took longer than a hour for him to return. I call his number from his card and the woman who answer said she will find out what was going on, with no return call. I called again with the answer that he didn't answer his phone.

They arrive one hour before I had to leave for work. They filled in some of the cracks and holes with asphalt. Then the work stopped. No sweeping the driveway or anything, they needed to get gas for the blower. I had to leave for work. I wanted to pay him half, he said don't worry the work will get done. I told him ok, that I was trusting him, with his reply don't worry it will be done and I will see a very good job.

I saw asphalt stones all around the work they did, but thought this would be brushed away or blown away.

With regret I paid him the total.

I ask how long it would be dry and it could be walk on or the animals could walk on it. Mr. Stevens said it would be dry in 45 minutes to my surprise. I ask if it would be dry by 10PM so my neighbor could let my dog out, he said it will be no problem and it would be dry.

The driveway was not dry at 10PM. My neighbor with her dog and son, came and let my dog out. My entry rug was covered with sealant and my dog tracked sealant into my house (kitchen floor). Her dog did the same to her house and she was scrubbing it to get it of her floors. I did the same when I arrived home the next morning. Then she told me she had a big spot on her new furniture. She gor her floors clean but not her couch. I got my floor clean but not my rug,

When I called on the damages in the house, they said they were not responsible because it rained. It did not rain before 10PM that night. I also said the most of the sealing washed away from the late night rain storm. They said they would fix that no problem, I could not get a date set because of the rainy days to come. I have made an appoint with them for 8/12/13 10AM with no show. I called because it was suppose to rain, they were not coming. Made another appointment for 8/15/13 10AM no show. I called with no answer and left message.

All along I've text their cell business number with no reply. I even taped their last few phone calls with empty promises, but I didn't operate it correctly and most were taped over. I will send photos of these messages that the woman who answered the phone said she received.
