I had a sewer drain issue I contacted ASAP and was told that they would provide me with an estimate That did not happen The technician who came to my house seemed as though he did not know what he was doing He was unable to get the drain snake to go through the sewer drain He spent more time talking on the telephone with his supervisor than he did doing the work He then put a camera into the sewer drain and proceeded to get that stuck in the drain I did not see the bill until AFTER I paid (it was emailed to me) It was *** The technician charged me for hours of labor In all honesty, he really performed maybe hour of work I did speak with the owner to discuss the bill Ideally, he will actually reimburse me for the inaccurate charges that I paidClearly, I made a poor choice to hire this service No estimate, apparently unskilled labor, inaccurate billing Do yourself a favor and avoid this company
A few weeks ago I had asap sewer and drain come to my home to fix a clogged kitchen drainThe service technician did not know what he was doing and instead of snaking the kitchen drain where the issue was he went down the basement to snake it down thereAfter a half hr without any luck,he decided to snake it in the kitchen where the problem wasHe used my plunger and bath towels and struggled to get it openAfter another half hr and a big mess he opened the drain finally only to find out that now my plumbing was leaking due to his servicesHe caulked it up and I was told to hire a plumber ! Numerous phone calls were made during this time also which was very annoyingAnd to top it all off my bill was dollars which included a dollar service fee for truck service and gas which I was not informed ofI did not receive a written bill as I was told this was all done online nowI am very unhappy with there poor services and will never get them back again
