This Company FAILS
We requested a porta potty unit from this business for one of our construction projects. after the project was completed, we called to have the unit removed. Their contract states "Removal will occur 2 business days after the day of removal request.". we are
now going on over 2 weeks since this request was made. We have called several times without resolution. This request has now been escalated to a supervisor as of 2 days ago with the promise of it being removed by yesterday. As of this morning it
has still not been removed. This business seems to be unable to get its vendor to pick up the unit. Additionally, the unit is not being serviced and my clients now have a smelly porta potty sitting in their driveway that this company can't seem to find a
way to remove.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
Worst experience ever , ordered portable toilet for sisters baby shower for 9/3/2022 . They asked if they could deliver a day or 2 early . I said yes to accommodate them. But when I wanted to cancel they refused to refund my enitre amount ? Like I’m not paying 250$ for a unit that I’m not getting ! DELIVER IT THEN YOU SCAMMERS ! One star is generous for these low lives

I am made an appointment to have a dumpster delivered through their online site and I paid for the delivery of the dumpster during that online transaction and I waited all day and I never got a receipt or confirmation that the transaction was processed. The transaction online doesn’t allow me to download or save the transaction it just goes back to the homepage and there’s no way to get back to the process and payment or receipt of the transaction . Therefore at the end of the day I called their service line and left a voice message with my name and information that I had process the request online but I did not get confirmation that it was processed therefore please cancel any transaction, But I don’t even know if there was because again I got no receipt or confirmation. Now, this was the same day at the end of the day because I did not get confirmation of my transaction no receipt nothing.

Well on Monday they tried to deliver me the dumpster, and then they called me on Wednesday and told me that they finally heard my message to cancel the order and that they were only gonna charge me $150 for the cancellation fee. And when I asked why they explain to me that this is because they said I did not cancel within five business days. The problem with this logic is that the five business day rule does not apply because the order was done on a Saturday, June 6 to be delivered on Monday, June 8 so they have no rule that applies to the circumstance so I told them that they cannot have the money but they took it anyway out of my account.

Two major problems here First, they have access to my account were by there is no documentation to authorize it and they processed a transaction without my approval.

Secondly they have proof of my cancellation but did not honor it and delivered the dumpster anyway.

So they have a process in place to allow me to to make a transaction online they also have a process in place for me to call them which I did. Yet, because they were poorly managed they’re trying to make me pay for the fact that they forgot to communicate to their driver or whoever the third-party representative is to stop or to cancel the delivery this is unfair and unethical

Hello
Revdex.com, The customer in question placed an order on Sunday online, while our office was
closed, to have a dumpster delivered first thing that morning. She called
in later on Sunday and left a voicemail to cancel her order, even though we do
not allow cancellations inside of 24 hours. Below are the T&C
regarding cancellations that she agreed to when placing an order online.
This is on the order form itself.

12. Cancellation of Orders.
Customer may cancel any order for Equipment outside of 5 business days of
delivery by notification to the Contractor and be granted a full refund of any
amounts paid by Customer to the Contractor in relation to the cancelled order.
Any order for Equipment canceled inside of 5 business days delivery is
non-refundable.

We try to be flexible when
possible but in this particular case. We had already routed and delivered
her dumpster Monday morning and she subsequently turned it away before we got
to her voicemail from the weekend. Given we were turned away we assessed
her a dry run fee of 150 dollars. I regret that the customer is
upset. However, she placed an order Sunday for a Monday delivery and we
had routed and delivered her order before we had heard her
voicemail.

Sincerely

I honestly would not give any stars for the absolute poor quality given in almost every aspect but I wouldn’t be able to rate this business if not for the one star! I started by signing up with Arwood March 21st because my previous garbage company was definitely lacking in professionalism to say the least. I was first told I would be paying one amount but after about a week I was told my cost had to go up $30 more for gas reasons...ok! I waited over two weeks just to receive my garbage cans and once I finally received them the garbage truck had drove passed my house...called and complained and waited the following week...how convenient, they drove passed again! The third week they finally stopped and picked it up and when I got home from work I seen garbage and recycling all in my driveway, all over my yard, in my neighbors yard and in the road which I had to go and pick up!!! I called and complained and was told that it would be straightened out...which that was! I was there the fourth time the garbage truck came and low and behold it was subcontracted out to the same garbage company I had before for a lot less money!!! Regardless, I let it go thinking that it would be straightened out. Time went on and I had no issues until I received no bill nor any phone calls regarding my bill for the next quarter. It was October when I was charged for my quarterly but not knowing or being prepared for that charge, I had to pay an overdraft fee for it. I bit the bullet in regards to that payment but got slammed with another quarterly charge in November plus extra costs. Not only did they charge my account for that quarterly charge plus some they also charged whatever fees they had all separately which overdrew my account 3 times! Then to smack me in the face one more time they again charged my account a third time in December which overdrew again! That is over $700 without consent to run my card AT ALL!!!! Of course that amount on a single mom of three young children took away any chance of me giving my children any kind of Christmas and made me fall so far behind on all my other bills due to all the overdraft fees as well. ! I have made phone calls to Arwood stating all these things that has happened without my consent to using my card but all I hear is how “we reserve the right to charge more” or basically you give up your rights or your say if you choose us!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have requested refunds for just the overdraft fees due to their screw ups in billing yet received NOTHING!!!!! I will not stand as a human being and be taken advantage of while the owner steals food from my children’s mouths!!! Yes that’s right I work hard for my money and to just have you make money off of me is absolute shameful behavior! I will continue this with the attorney general, Revdex.com and anyone else needed to get the respect as a customer That should have been given! Little tip for you....if you treat your customers well, they will leave good reviews and keep coming back but I obviously see I’m not the only one by far that has gotten taken advantage of by you!!!!!

I ordered a portable toilet from Arwood Waste for an outdoor wedding at a private property in ***, CO. It was supposed to be picked up the Monday after the Saturday wedding (9/23/19). I called and emailed the company numerous times about the pick up, but I received no explanation on phone calls as to why it was not being up and they never even responded to 6 emails. They charged my credit card $494.88 before the original delivery. After 3 1/2 weeks of no action and virtually no feedback on the pick up, I disputed the charge on my credit card and received a credit. I was able to confirm that the unit was picked up on 10/21/19, 4 weeks over due. On 10/28/19 I received another invoice for the $494.88 plus a $75 fee for "threat to lien". I paid the $494.88 on 10/28/19, but I do not owe the $75 bogus charge for threat to lien. Even after I paid the full amount for terrible service, the company delivered a letter on 11/5/19 to the owners of the property in *** threatening to lien the property and stating the balance due was $969.88. This is totally false information. I do not owe this company one dime. After the worse customer service I have experienced in any industry, now they are using fraudulent collection tactics. Unbelievable. When I look at reviews and complaints for the company and all their many addresses and names, they are all just this bad. How is it that they remain in business?

Our customer ordered a toilet for delivery on September 19th. As is always our practice and the customer are notified while placing the order, we charged her card for the unit prior to delivery. The customer is correct that we had an incredibly difficult time getting the hauler to remove the unit. We called the hauler no less than 10 times to arrange removal. We will never use this sub-contractor again for the unit. However, they did in fact remove the unit eventually and the customer did not incur any costs because of that.

However, the customer initiated a charge back after she used the unit. When a customer initiates a chargeback, this incurs a very real cost to us and the possibility of receiving payment decreases. In order to precipitate payment, we initiate a threat to lien to prompt payment. This two has a very real cost. All told, we are charged 75 dollars whenever a customer does a charge back. The processor charges us 30 dollars, and then we pay 45 dollars to send a threat to lien. The 75 dollars we charged is to recoup our expenses on the initial transaction.

I do not dispute that we had a hard time getting the unit removed but we tried as hard as possible to do that in a timely fashion. However, the customer should not have done a chargeback after receiving the unit and using the unit.

On 06/12/2019 *** ordered a portable toilet to a jobsite in ***. The toilet was delivered by a local company named *** the next day 6/13/2019. The construction project ended and the toilet was picked up by *** on 06/21/2019. I just noticed that *** not only charged my credit card for the June services, but ALSO charged in July, August, September and October. When I called them, they said the toilet shows still on the jobsite. A woman named *** said she would look into it and call me back and I have not heard back from anyone there.

Order a portable toilet for 8/31/2019....it was never delivered. I had a contract. Called the company on several different days. Was told company closed for the day. Then I was hung up on. I sent several emails thru company's website. I also used social media. I my family helped pay for this. Now Im stuck looking like a fool.

We do not dispute her story. The unit was not delivered. She called us several times to request the refund and initiated a chargeback in August. Unfortunately, we were closed for labor day weekend and then for the hurricane. As a result we did not have anyone to answer phones from 5:00 PM August 30th to September 5th. She attempted to work with us on 8.31, 9.1 and 9.4 which were all during the hurricane. Given she initiated the chargeback and her money has been refunded. I do not have any further actions to resolve this matter. It was simply bad timing.

Sincerely

Called the day before a dumpster to be delivered to say they couldn't deliver as promised, leaving me to scramble to find another company to deliver in less than 24 hours. Don't bother using this company! They don't fulfill their committed bookings and just don't care.

Arwood Waste is thousands of miles from my home. They collected a fee for $450 for garbage service for one year when I called what I thought to be a local Washington State 800 number. They never provided services to our home, our local garbage company has never heard of them and they did not return the money. They just sent me another invoice for services they cannot provide. I have never received any garbage service from them.

I apologize for the delay in the response. When we received a charge back we began working directly with the customer to come to an acceptable resolution on the matter. The background is as follows.
We provided services to teh customer through waste management for 3 months before the customer cancelled with us and then went directly to waste management. The customer did pay for a year in advance and did have a 1 year contract. However we are willing to let her out of her contract and refund her 75% of their money and keep the 3 months worth.
We spoke with Lisa and explained everything to her. She understood the situation and said I will take whatever you give me so we mailed her a check for $331.04 on 6/28.

I hope this resolves the matter.

Thanks

I called 10/24 and said the dumpster was ready and the lady said she would schedule a pick-up. I waited 2 days and emailed. They responded with someone tried to come but a van was blocking the container so now I have to pay $125. They also said that someone called back and told me a pickup date and also a driver called me while on site.. I have proof per my phone records that NOBODY called me on either time. This company does not record the phone calls so you cant prove yourself. They cannot tell you who came to get dumpster, what time they came, or basically anything. Speaking with store managers, they will stand there and pretty much tell you that you are a liar and there is nothing you can do about it and to deal with it. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The $125 has been removed from the account
