We had a water damage and [redacted] brought ServPro to our house for clean up In providing the service to us, ServPro used a tape to set up an enclosure When they removed the tape, they ripped off the surface of our cabinet and counter top They are damaged The technician told us that his company will pay for the repair cost, but when we contacted the management, they refused to pay the repair cost We contacted [redacted] adjuster, who called ServPro and clarified that it is ServPro's responsibility to repair the damaged cabinet and counter top, but ServPro is still refusing to pay Our kitchen is not in a full functional state, since the floor company is waiting for the cabinet and counter top repaired to finish their work done The repair work can't be complete until the cabinet is repaired Not having a functional kitchen for many months is causing a great stress on our daily life
