These people are very nice and know what they are doing They are a little over loaded with work and it takes a while - up to hrs for them to get to your computer - but once they do - it is done professionaly and fast The guarantee their work and will make it right no matter what time of day or night it is

My experience with ASAP Technical Help was excellent The reps were very helpful and explained how my crash could be repairedAfter considering the options of their company doing a repair on line or taking my desk top to a company for repair, I decided to go with the online repair I know how much computer technicians charge for their service, and it would have cost just as much or more than the cost of doing business with ASAP Technical HelpI called Customer Service a few days later for information, not technical help, and the rep was most pleasantI would recommend this company to family and friendsI did take a leap of faith to work with a previously unknown company, but I followed my instinct and this is a legitimate source, not a scam They do good work

ASAP did a great job The last experience I had with a computer maintenance business was not a good one They kept my computer nearly weeks ASAP techs worked on my laptop just a few days and resolved the problems Now my laptop is MUCH faster Working on computers is like trying to figure out why someone is sick It takes a team of medical people to get a good diagnosis ASAP has a good team and they all seem to work well together

My computer received a virus and I called ASAP Tech for assistance in removing the pspamThey charged $to diagnose, remove the virus, but all the while they were cleaning up my computer, they uninstalled a program I currently use for my work/jobFor days they were never able to restore my company program and it always came up as an error message saying the program and file does not exist even though it was still showing on my desk topI've told them to find the problem and re-install it backAfter passing on the problem to several technicians and repeating myself on too many phone calls, NO ONE could fix itI even attempted to re-install it myself and set it a system restore point for about a month agoI could never get it back working properly, my computer would no longer accept the programI requested my money back and which they did refund 200.00, kept the for the PC Watchdog they installed in my comp, which is still annoying because it includes a pop upGo to Geek Squad, they may take longer 3-days but at least you know you're in good hands and Best Buy will endorse their servicesHonestly that refund is just going to go straight to a new computerI would have left a positive feed back if they were able to fix the problem that they created

I became involved with ASAP tech help from a phone number on a "Reimage" site which runs a free computer scan (found major problems on my computer) The site stated "for live help call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX" Although not indicated, that was the ASAP tech number I purchased services ASAP tech help tells me they're not "Reimage", are distantly affiliated, and do not find their number on the site misleading Over the past days they have "repaired" my computer 5X After each repair the reimage scan still indicated there were major problems on my computer The ASAP supervisor told me his techs are better than the reimage scan and my computer was fine (even though the scan is the reason I bought the services) Repairs took many days because techs signed off for hours at a time - one time forgot about me and I had to call back hours later to remind them to complete the jobI highly discourage anyone from using their services

This company infected my computer with malware causing their advertisement to frequently popup in my browserWhen I called to complain about this and was told that they needed remote access to my computer to fix itEven though I was stupid enough to click on the original popup that had the adobe logo telling me that my adobe flash player was out of date, I'm not stupid enough to give remote access to strangersI subsequently used malwarebytes to remove malware to fix the problem
I just wanted to report this scamThey infected my computer with advertisements, then want remote access to my computer to fix it
I wasted at least an hour repairing the virus that they put on my computer

I puchased ASAP tech services after running a free scan on "Reimage" The scan found major security problems on my computer and I called the number "for live assistance call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX" Later I was told the number was ASAP tech and they are only distantly affiliated to Reimage, yet they do not find placing a phone number on the site without indicating they were a different company misleading I purchased services and requested a computer repair 5X After each repair I ran the free scan again from Reimage and still found security threats The Supervisor at ASAP tech services stated his techs are better than the scan and my computer was fine Explained I would have to also purchase the reimage software to "reset the free scan" or it would continue to show security problems Each repair was lengthy because the techs signed of for hours at a time - one time they forgot and I had to call to remind them about my computer repair hours later Do not use ASAP tech services

I contacted this company to work on my alienware computer they set up a appointment to go on my computer I was hesitate of it but they promised me 100% money back guarantee well they worked on it first and made no difference it was working just as bad as before I called them like they did nothing at all was on it less than a hour later ithey have a thing that pops up when they are done to fill out I did few minutes later my phone rings and its them wanting to know why I was not happythey go on it again with hope they will get it correct nada know I still can not use internet explorerI still get pop ups so know its 3am in the morning and I am upset but needed to be up at 6am for workI call the next day know I want a complete refund like I was promisedI am told to call between 9-only for refunds I call today and I'm told if I do not allow them on my computer they will not give me my money backThey are a scam do not use themI will continue to contact them until I get my complete refund I should not have to have them go on my computer firstI am now going to bring my computer somewhere to not only fix it but to be sure they did not put something in my computer to trac what I do and that is why they wanted to go back onI want a 100% refund for work they never did is that wrong?

Horrible customer service! I just spent hours getting my issue resolvedMost of the time my issue was put on hold by the online techWhen I called and spoke to a manager he told me he would personally handle the issue onlineAn hour later, still seeing no activity, I called back to find he was out to lunchAfter asking for a manager above him, the tech told me he didn't know where they were!!! He hadn't seen one for hoursIt goes on from there with about more holds and multiple callsThe final manager I spoke to, who I mentioned to that I may cancel the service, replied that I should tell him now because they " don't work for free." what???????? I'm under day warranty from an OTR that I paid dearly forI also signed up for ongoing monthly service following that warrantyNone of this has been for free except for my frustration

Asap tech help is an amazing company they have extremely friendly and knowledgable staff that was able to help me identify and resolve my computer issues with ease , quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them.

asap tech help is amazing I called in and they helped solve all my computer issues and more. I now recommend them to friends and family that are experiencing computer issues. I was very satisfied with their services and the speedy repair of my computer.

I worked at ASAP tech help for a short time and I can tell you that they most definitely use scare tactics to make sales. Some of the computers I sold to had virtually nothing wrong them and could have been fixed with a simple $50 tune up. They told me I would have to be let go if I told anyone it was cheaper than $150 to fix their computer.

I am sorry if I sold anything to any of you reading this and I would urge you to charge back your credit card.

ASAP also screwed me out of about $1300 in pay. Once they got a lawsuit against them they fired about 75% of their employees without paying them

ASAP did a great job. The last experience I had with a computer maintenance business was not a good one. They kept my computer nearly 3 weeks. ASAP techs worked on my laptop just a few days and resolved the problems. Now my laptop is MUCH faster. Working on computers is like trying to figure out why someone is sick. It takes a team of medical people to get a good diagnosis. ASAP has a good team and they all seem to work well together.

The guarantee their work and will make it right no matter what time of day or night it is.

I previously wrote a glowing review of ASAP Tech Help in early September '14. The tech cleaned up my computer and installed MalwareBytes Home Edition. I was very pleased with that session and a followup call for nontechnical information. Three weeks later, I discovered that I could not access a couple of programs for important information. I called the customer service number which remotely accessed my computer over the next 27 hours. I could tell that there was no activity on my computer, and over that period I called the customer service EIGHT times and was told that I was the next one in the line for service. The last tech rep wiggled the arrow over my computer and said they would start right away. However, no action was taken, and I disconnected after 27 hours of waiting. Having spoken to eight tech reps, I realized everyone of them had lied to me. I regret having fallen for the original sales pitch online. Next time I need help, I will contact the Geek Squad who has a great reputation.

My computer received a virus and I called ASAP Tech for assistance in removing the pop-up spam. They charged $250 to diagnose, remove the virus, but all the while they were cleaning up my computer, they uninstalled a program I currently use for my work/job. For 7 days they were never able to restore my company program and it always came up as an error message saying the program and file does not exist even though it was still showing on my desk top. I've told them to find the problem and re-install it back. After passing on the problem to several technicians and repeating myself on too many phone calls, NO ONE could fix it. I even attempted to re-install it myself and set it a system restore point for about a month ago. I could never get it back working properly, my computer would no longer accept the program. I requested my money back and which they did refund 200.00, kept the 50.00 for the PC Watchdog they installed in my comp, which is still annoying because it includes a pop up. Go to Geek Squad, they may take longer 3-5 days but at least you know you're in good hands and Best Buy will endorse their services. Honestly that refund is just going to go straight to a new computer. I would have left a positive feed back if they were able to fix the problem that they created.

This company is a scam. They package malware with other software and on links around the internet. The software then causes pop-ups and web redirects and all sorts of other problems. One of the pop-ups gives you a number to call and they try and get you to spend $400 or so to fix your computer. Fortunately I didn't pay them but the software is a nuisance and this kind of thing makes me furious. If you started this company or have backed it in any way, I would love to confront you - please email me.
