A.S.A.P Transmission and Auto Repair Reviews (1)
[redacted] of A.S.A.P transmission and auto repair picked up my vehicle on 9/13/12. The work to be performed on the car was a head gasket replacement. I was quoted a completion date of 9/17/12. After several weeks of excuses as to why the work was not complete, I sent [redacted] a certified letter on 10/02/12 requesting the return of my vehicle. I was advised to do so by the Columbus Police Dept. Deanna(shop manager) called on 10/08/12 to tell me my car was still not complete and had been placed on the street at 1290 [redacted] Ave. I asked "are the keys in the car?" She said yes. I asked "is the driver side window still down?" She said yes. I asked "are the parts in the car?" She said yes. I arrived at the given address at approx. 2:30pm. The car was indeed sitting on the street. While waiting on the tow service I inspected the vehicle. I discovered that several major parts are missing and a few minor ones. The major parts missing are the battery, alternator, and thermostat. There were also some minor nuts, bolts, and screws missing. I have not contacted [redacted] or the shop on this matter. Their communication with me has proven to be little to none throughout this whole ordeal.
