My apologies for losing my cool with customer services at ASAP WaterReason why because we felt targeted on Nov 23, Willis pointed out that "please tell me that we are not feeding the baby with "tap water"Willis did his demonstration with the chemistry kit of our tap water vs their waterHe is showing results that our water is badI believed him but was not ready at all to move in with the product but with in the hours he had got our signature to have the product to be installed in our home for the next day for a bill of $Non of the conditions were explained to us, but they expected us to get through the papers at in hours at 11pm midnight after a long day for us while Willis is present at the siteI never read the review of ASAP water company, I did not get a chance, although the next day is instillation day and I called Willis and said I need time to think about it and I wanted to cancel the contract before the ASAP water system gets installed
Wills came over and convinced me again to install the system, that is part of his job, I get thatAs I showed him another company that is selling equipment that is doing the same jobHe refusedBut, Instillation happened as he wrote on contact, we were unable to stop itWillis gave us his free soap for years and a cookware
Next day, I am doing my research on water conditioning system vs water softer and that Toronto water is perfectly safe to drink said that we do not need the water condition system and that we do need the minerals in the water that is why we are drinking it and is perfectly safeOn top of that my wife didn't like the system either as my baby's was having allergic reaction
Also there are similar equipment out there that does the same job for much less of a cost, the alkaline kit costs with in 300$ and another company offering the same *** provides the same system(equipment) for home for 4400$ and it appears to be much better system
So I was very upset, called them to cancel the system with ASAP water and take it out of the house, *** ASAP threaten that the installation fee of 650$ and the money goes to technicianIf we don't pay it will go to collections and If I do not pay I am stuck with the system in my houseI had felt like that there were a lot of misunderstanding, I felt like they lied to me about the system they claim that theirs is better and no other company has the components like theirs for cheaper
What I am trying to say that you can not expect a customer to make a quick decision it is not a life and death matterI felt like we were pressured into signing the papers *** *** *** *** The sad part is you guys give out a contract saying that this is what will cost but no one explains anything about cancellation procedure? prior toI really think that it is not fair to charge a customer like that because you guys are the one that is going to door to door for customer opinionIf you were little considerate to think if people like the product they will keep it considering the cost of the equipmentYou can not expect a anyone to exactly understand water conditioning and water softer systemI feel that they both are doing the same job!
Just wanted to say that it is unfair to be charged me for un-installation when you install for freeA happy customer would be happy to payIf you can't install your system and take off for free I think you guys should not go to peoples home to promote your product and give out free things to putting people in the trap for your businessMoney is not as important as breaking trust with a customerI say when you are giving short notice to sign a piece of paper is wrong with out having explained what is on the contract***

they make you think and understand waterits your decision if you want to buy, im sitting here drinking my water with no particles in it and im proud to say that i've made the purchase for the health of my family, they dont force you to buy anything so cheers to these new breed of representative

Non of the conditions were explained to us, but they expected us to get through the papers at in 2 hours at 11pm midnight after a long day for us while Willis is present at the site. I never read the review of ASAP water company, I did not get a chance, although the next day is instillation day and I called Willis and said I need time to think about it and I wanted to cancel the contract before the ASAP water system gets installed.
Wills came over and convinced me again to install the system, that is part of his job, I get that. As I showed him another company that is selling equipment that is doing the same job. He refused. But, Instillation happened as he wrote on contact, we were unable to stop it. Willis gave us his free soap for 10 years and a cookware.
