I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 4:PM Subject: Re: Complaint The last email from MrT*** was him saying he will fix items he is responsible for Well I have not heard from MrT*** since then..Obviously communication has not changedI have told him if he can not fix it I will hire someone else to fix it and invoice himBut he has not made any attempt to contact me to fix the matterI want my house fixed, I want what he promised meI should have not had to pay out of pocket to get a inspector to inspect my houseHe told me everything was up to codeWell it was not according to the reportHe tied a big portion of my house the new part of the houseThat is what I am holding him responsible for along with the new additionI told him I understand the older part of the house that he did not touch is not his responsibilityBut he has not contacted me to go over the report or anythingI am at the point where I am wanting to contact a lawyerWe paid for a job to get done right and now see it was not done right in the areas he was responsible forThe last email I sent you was the last time he has contacted meAnd again he said he would take care of itBut yet has not contacted me about a time to meet or a time to fix the matter.. *** ***
This is the response I sent to Ms***.The reason I could not show up and was explaining to her we are more then willing to correct her problemAnd that we have no problem in coming out and correcting something we done if we done itAnd I explained to her that I will go over the inspection
report and everything that’s on their, than we did we will correct itIt was a lot of thing done in her home that we had nothing to do with that is on the inspectionAnd again we are more than and willing to correct situationsThat RT construction may have done. I was only trying to let you know about Wednesday that I got caught up on trying to get a job completed with concreteNot that I am too busy because all my customers are important to me even wind I have completed the work for themAnd forgot some things and need to them that was not done properlyMany time I was at your home trying to get things done and forgot I had other customers waiting for me somewhere else and had to call and apologize the same way I am doing with youI am not upset about the inspection because it have taught me a lesson also not just to trusts in my employees and trust in my own ability to try to see everythingEven though I was there when the first load of dirt was moved and until the last test for paint was put on the wallTrying to make sure I give you the best quality work possibleBut we are only human we do forget things and that is the reason I am not upset when customers call me back and say Ronnie you forgot this of this wasn’t done rightAgain all the wire in connection was done properly according to the cold of the *** *** DepartmentThey do not require junction boxes in your area but we tried to put them in any way but sometimes they forget to do itI do not believe your family was in any danger at allfor the last years I have not had any accidents what RT construction workAgain I will go through this report and find everything that we need to repair and get it corrected and let you know what we found and set up a time to correctedBut I will be having inspection done before and after our projects I do appreciate you doing what you did so I can start doing what I need to do to keep this from happening againAgain sorry for any inconvenience that me and my crew have causeThanks a lot Ronnie from RT construction
This is the response I sent to Ms***Sorry for the delay in getting back with *** my Internet service have been down for a weekBut that is not her problem is RT constructionI did review the report concerning the electrical workAnd it is a small amount of work to take care of this problemAnd we are willing here at RT construction to take care of this problem that I believe may be our problemBut to satisfy Ms*** if she would like someone else to do the work that will be perfectly okay with RT constructionAnd she can send us the invoice and we will reimburse her for the work they doHere at RT construction we are not here to make customers uncomfortable with our company are with other construction companyAs a contractor for the last years it is still things that we overlook not because we are trying to but it just happensBut we are willing to correct anything that was not done right here at RT constructionAre we were not be in business todayI will also write a letter to Mrs*** explaining to her what I am sending you thanks a lot Ronnie from RT construction
