Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I told the CSR I'm interested in knowing the out of pocket cost and got transferred to a lady by the name of ***Her name was an unusual spellingShe told me that once she gave me the cost amount I can have insurances submitted again (which they didn't call me back with the cost)I last talked to [redacted] on the 11th, stating she isn't going to spend the man power any more on these parts and they are just going to "eat the cost" of the parts of $and place the order for themShe later stated I filed a fraudulent report because I had a new insurance policy for this year so they can use it on last year's claimI am still waiting for these parts Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We spoke to Mrs*** and agreed to provide her with a NEW fully electric bedThe new bed arrived yesterday, 2/and is scheduled for exchanged on 3/2/2018.Management spoke to the patient again today 3/and advised of our plan to deliver 3/in am. Thank you,Asbury Medical Supply

I last talked to[redacted] on the 11th, stating she isn't going to spend the man power any more on these parts and they are just going to "eat the cost" of the parts of $50 and place the order for them. She later stated I filed a fraudulent report because I had a new insurance policy for this year so they can use it on last year's claim. I am still waiting for these parts.

We received the request to repair on 3/16. We assessed the walker on 4/6. The Rx was made and sent on 4/16 (when we received the final quote from the manufacturer). We received the Rx back on 6/16 and then forwarded the file to pre-authorization the same day for Tricare Ins.
As of today we have not rec'vd an auhtorization from Tricare. We did call them today for status but had to leave a message.
We called the Doctors office several times to have the Rx faxed over.We were finally successful in receiving it on 6/16. At this time, we are awaiting approval from the insurance company. The option to pay cash for the repairs is always available. I will have a representative give you a call ASAP to give you that option if Tricare has not yet made a determination.

They say they contacted or tried to contact my doctors office which is a flat out lie. I was there at least two occasions when I watched them fax over the script to the number Asbury gave me. And several occasions my doctors office faxed them and then called to ask if they received the fax and they told them yes. My doctors office asked me to all to make sure so I did and I got the same respinse that they didn't get get the script. So again I called the doctors office and told and again they faxed them. Not until I filed this did anything get done. And never once did they say they got the script from the doctor they told me they didn't get any thing since March from my doctors office. SO again they lied about receiving the script on 6/16. And as far as the approval from Tricatr I received it the day after I got a call finally telling me they have had the script since June. It has already been approved. The service feom Asbury has been terrible for me the last few times I have used them.
