Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is barely satisfactory to me Regardless of the moneys spent on the hot water resolution, it is not UNREASONABLE to request the hot water to be fixed and dependable? Regardless of the maintenance man's vacation time, it is not UNREASONABLE to demand the hot water that we are due as tenants at Laumaile? I've done as requested in putting in the online repair request and waiting the hours? However, the problem has not been fully resolved since July? I have filed this complaint to acknowledge the delay action and lack of attention to the reasonable and due needs of the tenants? I am not asking for anything more than I pay for as a tenant at Laumaile? ? Sincerely, [redacted]

AlohaIn regards to Complaint # [redacted] , the hot water has not been fully dependableEvery month, the propane tanks are not filled and we go a couple days without hot water.? Mahalo for clarification, [redacted] ? Sent from my [redacted]

Hi ***, I was referred to you to respond to the
above mentioned complaint by your office. Patrick F* is Ms***'s direct property manager, I have cc'd him aboveI am responding as my responsibilities are to business development and branding for the *** family of companies, which includes *** Property ManagementHawaii Real Estate Professionals is one of the trade names in the family that is being phased out, for you records and information. Ms*** has filed complaints in the time she has been there as a tenant, each of which has been responded to within business day, and generally resolved as soon as possibleAs you know, our requirement to respond to requests are hours for emergency situations and days for non-emergenciesThis is the deadline to commence repairs. Specific to the latest repair request, the request was made on Sunday, November 22nd for lack of hot waterAll other issues were resolved at that time. Over the past several months we have worked with the owner to bring the property up to operating standardsPrior to our management, the home was under-equipped to provide sufficient hot water to the buildingDuring this time, we have replaced the old solar hot water heater, trimmed the trees above that were shading the panels, and upgraded the hot water system to include a propane fed tankless heater system in total spending over $8,to improve and provide proper heating for the buildingThere are tanks on site, totaling over Million BTU's of energy available to serve the building in hot water aloneThe maintenance man who was tasked to check on the tanks once a month was on vacation when this incident occurred, and at that time, all three tanks were close to empty, a situation that should not have occurredWhen I personally went on site with the property manager on the next business day, Monday November 23rd, there was hot water when we showed up at around NoonLater I got reports that the tanks were out again, and a handyman had already been tasked to collect and refill all tanks and return them to the site, which he performed by 4:PM that afternoonThis is our performance standards and has nothing to do with the Revdex.com complaintIf we were to choose to be driven by organizations other than ourselves, than we certainly would not be meeting a standard that far exceeds our requirements. We at *** properties value our customers including our tenants, and give them a very clean method of communication as well as means for escalating issues should we not meet their needsHowever, when someone's expectations is beyond reasonable, it becomes pointless to try to meet their wants. Hopefully this ends this conversation, as we prefer to spend our time on positive things growing our business, but once in a while it is important to protect our brand as well. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue and putting it to restIf you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at your convenience. Best regards, -- Albert J**Realtor, GRI, PB *** Properties, LLC

Regardless of the moneys spent on the hot water resolution, it is not UNREASONABLE to request the hot water to be fixed and dependable.  Regardless of the maintenance man's vacation time, it is not UNREASONABLE to demand the hot water that we are due as tenants at Laumaile.  I've done as requested in putting in the online repair request and waiting the 72 hours.  However, the problem has not been fully resolved since July.  I have filed this complaint to acknowledge the delay action and lack of attention to the reasonable and due needs of the tenants.  I am not asking for anything more than I pay for as a tenant at Laumaile.
Sincerely,
