during an automated phone call, I was told I had a $398.59 balance due. I entered my debit card information and received an email with receipt attached. I then received an email telling me that the transaction was canceled and that I would receive a paper bill. I did not have a $398.59 balance with this doctor. So the amount was deducted from my bank account and not applied to any medical bill. I have called all the phone numbers available to me. I have just been told they have no record of my payment and there is nothing they can do.
Refund I would like my payment returned to me.

Hello,
I reviewed the patient's account. The balance of $398.59 is correct. It is from date of service 1/14/20. The patients payment was received and posted to her account on 2/29/20. I am not sure why the patient is requesting a refund. If she has any additional questions she can reach me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

I wanted proof that the payment was applied to my account. I called and left a message with Kim with no response. When I look at my account, it says I don't have a balance, so I will have to assume the payment was made even though it does not show on my account.
