Took a cat in to be neutered on 9-1-only to pick up him up serioulsy over sedatedI then posted on the fb page stating my concern only to have them refer me to their websiteI was also told he must have been one of the last ones fixed so I questioned them about the 20+ other cats in the same exact state to which I was blocked from the fb pageThey then called my husband very upset and rudeAnd my husband hung up on them for itThey then tried calling back more times!!!!

I just read this negative review and it made me sad I have used Neuter Scooter MANY times and they are fantastic To the negative reviewer, I would like to know if you vaccinate your cats IF you don't then you should be aware that if you take them to ANY clinic or outside anywhere for that matter they can be exposed to illness Just like when you ride a plane or a bus, or go anywhere where there are other people, you can be exposed
My experience was as follows:
Excellent care, fast recovery AND
The doctor gives you her cell phone number when you pcik your cat up and says
"CALL ME ANYTIME if you have questions"
LIKE HOW MANY CLINICS OFFER THAT KIND OF SERVICE?
And I called at am and guess what? The doctor answered and was ready and willing to help I give neuterscooter a huge thumbs up!!! *** **

I was also told he must have been one of the last ones fixed so I questioned them about the 20+ other cats in the same exact state to which I was blocked from the fb page. They then called my husband very upset and rude. And my husband hung up on them for it. They then tried calling back 5 more times!!!!

Took our 3 female house cats in now they are all sick and our fourth is sick with symptoms of kennel cough
