Review: Ascent Realty was advertizing a product that was not available a rental property. The realtor, [redacted] had me fill out an application with all my personal info including my social only to tell me later the property had been rented to a family member of the owner. [redacted] should have verified that the property was still for rent before proceeding to collect all my personal info.Desired Settlement: I want a written apology from the property owner and I want to be able to verify that this property was in fact rented to a family member of the owner and that I was not descriminated against I will also be taking my complaint to the dept of fair housing. No one collects my info and uses a false property listing to do so. I am livid!
