Ascentive

This company, that I have not heard from until today, attempted to my an unauthorized transaction via card to my account in the amount of $29.95.

Since 2016 I have attempted to contact Ascentive about repeated annual charges for a program on a computer I haven't owned since 2016.
Every attempt to contact them has failed. I went so far as to cancel my credit card and reopened a new card to stop the charges. Unfortunately, the charge continued to roll onto my new card even though they hold the old card information. Emails are returned as UNDELIVERABLE. There is no way to delete credit card information.
