Per our terms and conditions that are distributed to alt retail customers: Marble, granite & any natural stone slabs are products of nature. As such, they're subject to natural spots, pits, fissures, cracks & variations in color & veining. Pacific Shore Stones is not liable in any cause of action resulting from their use in any manner. All natural stone is subject to scratching, staining & etching. Some more than others but all merchandise is sold in As Is condition with no warranties.
