I have been using Toby Ratliff and his crew for quite some time. For a brief period due to pressures from my job who decided to hire someone on staff and put me in a bad position, I had to leave Toby and with sadness use another party which I never wanted to do and was never even close to satisfied with the level of service I received. I finally stood up and informed the powers that be at my job that I was changing back to Toby as I have loyalty to those who take pride in their work, accept nothing less than excellence, and care about their customers and go the extra mile. I got in touch with Toby after my interim guy had run over a water line and broken almost every sprinkler head in my yard (I think 31 had to be repaired, adjusted or replaced in addition to the line). I begged for mercy in having left them in the first place and he immediately got back in touch with me and told me he would gladly take me back as a customer, had someone over the next morning to fix everything that was broken and when I got the bill I thought there must be a mistake because it was about 1/5th of what I expected to pay and would have paid. They do landscaping, and a variety of other services and are just a group of stand-up, honest, kind, and professional individuals. Toby Ratliff is the standard by which all professionals should hold themselves to. Being a single girl for many years, I have hired and paid many people to help me with things I am incapable of doing and simply not knowledgeable about in regards to household repairs and never have I not been either completely ripped off and/or disappointed. It is just nice to know there are people out there who still care. This is the first review I have ever done on anyone or any business, but I felt it is my duty to spread the word and share my positive experience with a most outstanding service company.
